JW was that my condo this week, inspecting all places where water comes into my unit. The supply lines for the washing machine was also checked and replaced. The fellows who came were very pleasant and professional, they knew what they were doing.I am very pleased with the work done and would highly recommend them.Their service has given me a great sense of relief.

My Condo building used JW for preventative work. I had a small issue and I called Brenda in the office. She had it fixed and had a drain tech out there in only a few hours. The tech was so nice and professional and did the job so quickly. I was really appreciative of their help.

I engaged this company for multiple sites and would not recommend them at all. Staff including the owner is rude. This company will charge you for exorbitant labour hours and will not make any attempt to resolve the issue. You will have to call multiple times to even get your invoice

The gentleman that came to service my furnace was punctual, efficient and very knowledgeable.I will definitely ask for him the next time I have an issue with the furnace.

Using your phone while driving has been proven to be as dangerous as drunk driving. Why would I trust a plumbing and heating company that allows their drivers to behave this dangerously? (it should be obvious in the photos, but they were taken from the back right seat)

I found the service to be absolutely perfect. They gave me a call an hour before the sheduled time. And asked if it would be ok to stop by a little early. Which was great for me. The gentleman came in asked what exactly i needed done then instantly got to work while taking the time to explain to me what he was doing. ( i was asking) . But great job all around i will definitely be recommending these guys to anyone that asked. Thanks jw keep up the good work.
