Gylling Family Construction LLC

We hired Gylling to remediate smoke damage in our house. The process took months to accomplish and our attempts to communicate with them were largely ignored. For example: they would promise to be there on a certain day, not show up at all, and we wouldn't hear from them for weeks on end. They promised two coats of paint, yet I can see through the paint on three of the walls. They left trash and old carpeting on the side of the driveway for over a month. The house still smells of cigarette smoke and Gylling's response was it was in the wood that would need to be replaced...even though he originally assured me the product they used would cover all odors.

I love what the Gylling Family Construction business portrays. They are happy to help. Ethan is an honest and trustworthy person and he is leading his whole company that way.

We recently hired Gylling Family Construction to install new baseboards throughout our house. We are very happy with the outcome as the baseboards turned out great! The staff were responsive, reliable and showed up on time and when they said they would. They also were friendly and did great, quality work. We plan to use Gylling Family Construction again for future interior home construction jobs. Highly recommend!

Ethan was able to accomplish the tasking proficiently, even though it was just a small job. We had some difficulty communicating and expectations could have been set a bit better, but the mission is accomplished and the work was done well. Can't complain about that.

We recently experienced a flood in our home damaging the main level and basement. We were dreading having to call someone after hours and wait hours for someone to get there. We called Gylling Family Construction and Ethan came immediately! He got right to work on drying things out, assessing damages and contacting our insurance company. His mitigation experience, communication and timeliness are second to none! He worked directly with our insurance company to ensure everything was taken care of quickly, professionally and hassle free. We were so impressed with Ethan we hired him for the repairs as well! Gylling Family Construction will always be our families first call!!

Ethan took out a door & door frame in the middle of a wall in my living room and installed drywall, textured, and painted to match the rest of the wall. He even put extra support inside the wall where I wanted to hang my TV and then helped me mount the TV. Always professional, on time, friendly, and a great work ethic. He also helped me with a few other repairs needed that were very much appreciated. Thank you!

We had a pipe break and found ourselves with poop up to our ears. Ethan and his crew came through. Cleaned it up, so quick. They are the best!! Recommend 100%!!

Water damage from broken pipe in wall. I gave 4 stars because we are in the middle of the repair process. So far so good. Ethan came the same day I called and got right to work. He also helped with insurance claim. I'll post again after job is complete.
