One staff was washing dishes and the other was taking out trash while they are people waiting to order food. Seems least bothered. Surprising since usually a&w has better customer service compared to other fast food places. This was the opposite.

the worst experience i have ever i bought a burger chickin chubby for 7.99 the size was same as 3.99 no test also puting a peice of checkin with 2 bread you guys called burger my money just get west not try again .

The food is good as usual the service was great and the atmosphere was great as well. My daughter recommends the poutine.

Went here to try the whistle dog and honestly it was just ok. And for 35 dollars for 3 meals it was terrible. Poutine wasn’t great and the chubby chicken burger was decent at best. Probably won’t be coming back for a long time.

went in with a mobile bandit coupon for a 3$ uncle burger. I redemeded the coupon in line and showed the lady at the counter the coupon. she did not input it into the computer forgot about the coupon and tried charging me full price. When I then asked for my discount I deserved she asked me for a code that had now expired. she would not honor a coupon I showed her because she forgot the code on it., horrible service she had a terrible attitude her name was ashimal. very unprofessional service. was my first time trying this a&w and will deffinetly be my last. even after paying full price for my burger that I brought a cupon in for. I get a burger that looks like it has been sitting in the warmer for 2 weeks burger went straight into garbage DO NOT GO HERE IF U WANT GOOD FOOD

Decent burger. Nothing special it’s located in the food court. Had a salty dude screaming at the staff about how weak the root beer was though.

I ordered the Chicken Burger with onion rings. The onion rings were cold and Sandwich was Luke warm. My wife had the Habernero Chicken Burger and Fries. The Fries were Cold.Thank You

Quick , fast and inexpensive. Staff is very friendly. Their fries are the best I can say much better than McDonald's. Love it !
