Amazing service!!

Best bus service ever, the driver Ed was a great driver for the rough roads on the west coast. He was patient with any questions and concerns. I had left the bus in a rush and left my phone on the seat, they found it but had driven it up to Gordon River and it was not with them when they came to pick us up. However coordinating with Michael the owner, Ed and another driver Jeff, they looked after my phone the next day from Gordon River to Victoria. They returned my phone to me the next day in Victoria at no extra cost, as it would have been impossible for me to pick it up in Gordon River without a car. I can't thank them enough for their kindness. I will definitely go with them again, and would highly recommend.

They will get you up and down the island or across to the mainland if you need.

We are absolutely blown away by how amazing these guys are! Extremely friendly drivers who ALL went so far out of their way in order to make us have a fantastic trip. Their communication was amazing - they were extremely flexible and willing to not only adjust our routes to accommodate some missing luggage, but also went out of their way to deliver the luggage when it came in the next day!!!!! People often express concern for the world due to a lack of kindness… take a ride with WCTE and your faith in good people will be restored! Safe drivers, good vehicles and all around amazing people!

The bus service was great, on time and the driver was very friendly. I wish the person who has answered the phone was more helpful. Generally people calling here to book a bus haven’t hiked the west coast trail or Juan de fuca before so when they ask for information it would be helpful if you were more accommodating to that. The website is quite clear I just wish the person who answered the phone was willing to be more helpful rather than giving answers like “yes” and “no”. Anyways thanks for the service if I were to do the west coast trail again I would park at port renfrew and take the bus from there to pachena bay that way you have your car at the end of the trail when you are finished.

This is a lot easier than figuring a car shuttle for the Juan d Fuca trail

I can’t speak more highly of this company. First of all, they facilitated our schedule for our trip to Bamfield from Comox which included an overnight stop. They were incredibly flexible with our flight delays and adjusted to pick us up as needed. The drivers were friendly and got us to our destination safely. Beyond that the owner went substantially out of his way and volunteered hours and hours of his time for our group to have a more enjoyable experience here. We are completely blown away by the dedication in making our trip on the island fantastic. If I come back with another school group, I will undoubtedly be traveling with WCTE.
