Anita is one of the best people to work with when trying to sort out wine for an event. She made the whole process as smooth as possible and took all the stress out of this portion of planning. I have been making wine at this place for 10 years and the customer service is amazing. The varieties of wine are very good. My favourite is the Tempranillo and borolo.I just made 2 batches for my daughters wedding in august. Just finished bottling it and am having a glass of wine with my husband. Great flavours!

Anita and the gang are awesome, and the wine is so good! Anita really knows her stuff and is so helpful when choosing wines. She really pays attention to what I like and helps me narrow down my choices. She hits it out of the park every time! And it's always a great experience when I'm in bottling. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable! And the place is so clean and inviting!

Everything about the business is first rate starting with the owner operator Anita Hepting who has been graciously brewing wines for several decades. Anita and the staff are exceptionally knowledgeable about wine and wine making, and are always courteous and professional which adds to the relaxed and positive attitude in the shop. The shop itself is well suited to making wine and is both well appointed and exceptionally maintained at all times.You will never regret the experience of brewing wines at the Fermented Grape and more importantly enjoying the quality and flavours of the wines.

I have nothing but the best things to say about this place. Customer service is always fantastic, and the people there truly make it feel like you are like family. I was a bit hesitant about buying 31 bottles of the same wine, but then went in on it with a few friends. Each of us got a different wine so we could do a wine swap. Turned out great! Anita (the owner) is fantastic and truly knows her wine. Highly recommend.

Fermented Grape has been our go-to winemaking shop for years. So we're not at all surprised that in 2022 they received Burnaby Now's Best In Burnaby award for their 20th year!!The shop offers a huge selection of quality wines for U-Brew, and their prices are very reasonable, especially when we figure out the per-bottle price when we bring home our batch! They frequently have specials and promos too.The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The shop is immaculately clean and so efficiently organized for all winemaking and bottling/bagging processes. They even have a cute little store at the front.We enjoy the Bag In A Box" option. It saves time instead of all that individual bottling we used to do
