We had a terrible experience at moors in red deer for our wedding! My husband and his groomsmen went in and picked out their suits, a week before our wedding when we went in to pick them up they ordered the wrong vests, the staff did a reorder for the whole wedding party and while my husband was changing I was standing to the side of the desk and the staff that was placing the re order was talking to another girl and rolled her eyes and said in a very rude tone that she had to do a reorder for an entire wedding party so she was going to be busy for awhile. The Thursday before the wedding the new vests came in and they were still not what we ordered but at that point there was no time to make any changes! My dad also ordered his suit from the same store and called multiple times the week before asking if it was in yet, a couple days before the wedding he found out they never even placed an order for his suit and had to do all new measurements, he finally got his suit the day before the wedding at 11 and which made him late getting to our venue for rehearsal. Never going to moors again and will not be recommending for any of our friends and family!!!

I went in bright and early to find my soon to be husband a pair of black dress pants. There wasn't too much to choose from but we were able to find something he liked.He needed them altered and for that day and for 1-2hrs later max. Everyone was helpful & they even altered it for us with short time notice. Everything was affordable and looks like good quality. No complaints. Super thankful for your great service to us, we would return again.Much love from YYC.

Wait for my refund for more than a month. Didn't receive it.. Now i need to wait for another month. I hope they offer easier waiting time for the customer to get their money.

Such a great experience! I used to work for Moore's years ago and I'm glad to see they still keep customer service their #1 priority. I ordered a few custom shirts (always a good investment) and will definitely be back for more.

After checking for suits in Edmonton, as well as at the malls in Red Deer, we ended up coming to Moore's where one of us had bought a grad suit years ago. It ended up being the best decision we could make. The customer service was great. Every detail, every thought, every option - all suggested and taken care of. Also, there's something for everyone there. This location had the most selection we had seen. There are all types and colors of suits everywhere. While other places told us they'd have to order pieces in - Moore's actually had multiple, and I mean multiple options. With the need to get alterations done quickly for an unexpected funeral, they came through and told us it would be possible. I really appreciated all they did for us and I would highly suggest you check them out. Just give them a visit. This will be our first stop from now on, so we don't waste time. Thanks guys!

This Store is extremely accommodating they came in and saved the day when all else seemed lost would highly recommend to anyone who works all week and can’t just take a day off during the weekThey made this painless and easy thank you all so much for making this day look so sharp

I went to Moores looking for a shirt and options for my wedding suit. Brayden was our associate and had such an excellent sense of style and taste, he truly provided exceptional service by asking questions to understand my tastes, fitting me into the right outfits and making the shopping experience a breeze. My father in law convinced me to go to this store, and Brayden delivered results that left us smiling as we walked out the door. Thank you for the wonderful service!

The pants were a perfect match and the fact you hemmed them in 10 minutes was outstanding.I went across to you competitor to pick up some jeans that were to be hemmed and they had them for 4 days and they still were not ready. Thank you to Moore's for recently being the place I found the perfect bowtie to complete my wedding get-up. It worked out beautifully, and it was even the first time I'd ever worn one, and I've worn dress clothes for nearly 20 years. The customer service was great too.
