I don't know if this place is a fraud but I ordered a wooden name sign in August of 2022 and it was proofed on August 16,. I have not heard back from this company.I am close to calling the OPP and seeing if this can be investigated as a fraud case.******As a follow-up, I received my sign today, on February 13. That is six months out from order. I am SO happy to receive it. But I think customer service in response to questions could be improved.

I regret my decision to order a custom wooden sign from this company. I doubt the legitimacy of this company.. I had ordered my sign early January 2023 and here is it more than 3 months, i am still waiting for it.. I had sent several emails asking them about the order status but haven't received a single reply.. plus to top it off there is no customer service phone number..Customer service is beyond horrible.. I am really frustrated with overall experience.. Just a piece of advice for anyone planning on ordering from this website.. think twice!!

This seems to be the only way I can get an email back.... As I have sent email after email trying to get a reply....I have ordered 3 different blankets and been so happy with them however i ordered a 4th before the holiday cut off so i would have a Christmas present for my 1 year old son. Ive gotten absolutely no shipping info, ive sent 4 emails and had absolutely no contact. Christmas has come and gone and I'm extremely disappointed.I thought id be a customer for life but this has left a really bad taste in my mouth.I was reached out to once and told I would get a replacement but again never heard from them again about shipping information or any proof that it shipped.

I ordered a wooden name sign in January and never received my order. I’ve emailed several times with no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP.

Edit: I did get the item and it is beautiful.Customer service is such an important part of running a business and this business basically has none . Do delays happen? Absolutely, and I believe most people who ordered would have been understanding to that if a kind email was send out letting people know that there orders were still being handled and that we did not have to worry. No one wants their hard earned money to be thrown away which is what has happened. You have people waiting a year for there items (babies grow fast, will said item even be applicable if item ever arrives)?, people who got one item but not the full order, people who got the wrong item and people like myself who got nothing except a scam. If I ever get my item I might consider update my review… until then I’ll keep emailing , maybe just maybe someone will answer…..

I ordered a wooden name sign at the beginning of August. The website was showing a 4-6 week turn around date. My order was proofed days after the order was placed. September 20th I messaged the company to inquire where my order was, the company responded that my order was done and would be shipped out at the end of the week, and a tracking number would be provided to me. October 7th, I still hadn’t heard from the company nor received the tracking number, so I messaged the company again, the owner replied stating my order was still in the production phase. I asked for clarification as I had prior messages stating it was done. I still have not heard from the company on my order.Incredibly disappointed with the company as it was highly recommended by others for what I was looking for. I don’t suggest anyone to order through this company.

I placed an order on November 22nd for a wooden sign for my daughter and we are now March 23rd and I still have not received my order. I received an email today to review my purchase, but I can't say whether or not I like since I still don't have it. It takes weeks for someone to respond to my emails. Last email I received was on Feb 6th which said my order was shipped. But where to? I don't know since I was not given a tracking number. I do not recommend ordering from this company. Very poor customer service.

I placed an order recently I was extremely excited to receive as it is supposed to be a Christmas present for my daughter and niece. I have been trying to contact them for weeks with no response!! I received a notification on shop pay saying it was shipped but no tracking number!! This is horrible customer service do not order from here!!

I ordered a name sign a year ago, have sent several emails and no reply. They have my money and I have no sign.
