I had a massage from Luiza and it was a wonderful experience! She is very attentive and displays her knowledge very well. You can tell she really knows what she is doing and really cares about her clients! I highly recommend booking with her and I will gladly return for another massage with her!

I initially booked an appointment to ease back pain after the recent heavy snowfalls (and related shoveling). Crystal not only targeted the affected muscles, but those surrounding them and gave me helpful tips to take home. Interestingly, my sleep improved substantially from the release I felt in my neck which I hadn't consciously considered as problematic! After a second visit, I'm feeling pain free and sleeping so much better. Highly recommended!

Megan's massages are extremely productive yet relaxing. Her approach is easy to trust, and it's really cool to feel her technique change as my needs change. She also adds value by suggesting exercises from time to time to help address stubborn areas. Always have felt in good hands here, including from the intake appointment, and the online booking system is detailed yet simple to use (although you need to make an account to use it).

I've gone to massage therapists a number of times, and always give up after; no one seems to intuitively be able to feel things out, or apply enough pressure to actually work out knots... Decided to give it one last try since chiro just wasn't helping much any more. Luiza absolutely NAILED IT. Got all the spots I had knots, and found knots I didn't even know I had, and I could literally feel the bloodflow to my arms improve immediately after the first session, as well as actively feel the knots being released. I'll definitely be going again, she made a believer out of me!

Crystal is one of the best massage therapists I have tried at Omega. She is knowledgeable and knows what she was doing. She eased off the tension and strain in the neck and shoulder region and I felt great after the massage. Highly recommended and I will come back to Omega for more sessions. Thank you, Crystal.

This place is the most amazing massage clinic.They have a small waiting room, but its filled with lovely sounds and smells and books that make you reflect.I always go to Jolene who is not only a massage therapist but also a energy healer.Everytime I am done a session with her I feel renewed and revived.If you go there, you must see Jolene!
