Been going to Linda for more than 4 years. I have a unique hearing problem in that I do not hear on my right ear. Linda provided me with a Phonak CROS/BiCROSS system. Excellent service, always ready to help.Always enjoy my visit.

Linda is very friendly and knowlegeble. She will help understand on why your hearing is changing. In my experience, all the possible questions and nuisance about why I hear lower than normal have answered. She’s very approachable too, like you can tell what’s really wrong. Then, she will explain everyhing.

I highly recommend this place.Dad and I needed their help multiple times and each time the service was outstanding (from hearing tests, excellent and easy to understand explanations, forwarding all the documents to different doctors and to us, and finding the best product for the best price)

I went with my father to Acute Hearing quite a few times. As someone who requires hearing aid, my dad has high expectations for an audiologist. Linda exceeded his and my expectations. Every time we went, I got more and more impressed with Linda’s professionalism, her knowledge and her patience. Linda is a problem solver and very caring. We are especially grateful for the help she provided to my dad during the pandemic, months after dad purchased the hearing aid. I know we can count on Linda! I would highly recommend Acute Hearing to anyone who needs help.

Michelle is super friendly upon entry and Linda the Hearing Aid Practitioner is super friendly and thorough. She made my hearing test go as smooth as possible. She provided me with options to accommodate me.
