Action Auto & Window Glass Ltd

I’ve been driving for 45 years and have had many cracked windshields, all from highway driving and rocks from other vehicles hitting my windshield. A month ago was my first time taking my vehicle to Action in CBS. I will never go anywhere else now. Their service was exemplary, fast, and efficient. Three weeks after having my windshield replaced, a different issue came up. I contacted Action to see if they could help me and was told to bring the vehicle in. They had my vehicle in and out with the problem fixed in 1/2 hour and I was on my way without charge! Excellent service very quick

Excellent service! My suv needed a new windshield, called on a Friday afternoon and was booked for Monday morning. Got the vehicle back with no mess left behind (have been to places that have bits of stuff left around the floors). Very reasonably-priced. Highly recommended and will definitely use their services again.

I dropped my son’s car off for windshield replacement and I picked it up later that day. The reverse camera wasn’t working so I waited to ask my son if there was any previous issue. There wasn’t. The next morning my son told me his heated seat wasn’t working. I called Action and Leo told me it wasn’t their responsibility. The seat and camera worked before I dropped the car off but didn’t afterwards. I contacted the dealership and they serviced the vehicle advising it occurred during windshield installation. They even wrote it on my invoice. Leo, the owner, still would not cooperate. He drove to the dealership and then called me advising it had nothing to do with his company. I will never recommend or go to this place again.
