Met with Agent Rouleau Patrick Réza concerning a file and found he is really helpful and a good listener, was not expecting a response after I pose some questions and surprisingly got follow up calls and given details what I was looking for.A big kudos to his efforts and all other officers working hard servince citizens in our local community. We need to work together to make our loving Montreal a safe and secure place to everyone!Thank you Reza for your great help!
