Hello! I wanted to send a shout out to Shayne at Universal Film - he just finished the window films at my home, and I am beyond happy with the results. From the moment I first met him until he just finished up, it's been a pleasure. Not only is the work he performed top notch, he was extremely helpful, accommodating, professional, friendly, and clean. Wow! What a difference this has made to the heat that is coming in our windows!The back of our home is facing South West and we have some intense sun coming through our windows through the mid-day. We were concerned about the heat on our grand piano but did not want to sacrifice on light. We chose a Nova 70 window film and truly couldn't be happier, you can barely tell the difference with light shining through but it has made a big difference to the direct heat created by the sun on our piano as well as the hardwood floors.Shayne is truly professioal in all of his dealings... clean, fast, responsive and he actually cares about doing a great job. Very rare in today's world! I am more than happy to recommend Universal Film as a service provider as well as the product they supply. It has exceeded our expectations.

We highly recommend Shayne. He was very professional and offered his honest opinion on which windows to tint to ensure a good appearance for our home…while still ensuring it was our decision. He made us aware of a small scratch in one of our windows prior to applying the film. Today was the first sunny day since Shayne installed the window film on our windows. We have a very large cathedral window over 12 feet high facing the south. I cannot believe what a big difference having the film on the window has made. Not only is it protecting our furniture and floor from UV rays but it has kept our house cooler and the windows looks clearer without the glare. We had all the windows on the south side of the house with tinted film protection. I was worried that the tint would look dark but you cannot see that the windows are tinted. There is a real clear view. When I touched the window with the film, I could feel the heat being absorbed in the film. It was incredible! We also installed security film on the ground level windows, sliding door and side lights on the front door. Shayne is very professional and a hard worker. This is an excellent product and service. I would highly recommend it if you are interested in window film for sun protection or security protection.

Shayne and his partner installed solar film on all my windows. They were prompt, efficient, and very pleasant to deal with. Their work was impeccable and price was reasonable. I am very pleased and would highly recommend Shayne to anyone considering having their home cooler in summer and warmer in winter with more privacy. An added bonus is that you can leave your blinds open and enjoy the view.

Shayne did an excellent job. We have a great east view, but too much heat and morning sun glare were problems. The Nova 70 film he installed has taken care of this. You would never know there was film on the windows and our view is great. Highly recommend this young man and his service.
