Your typical White Spot, nothing really new here. Facilities are clean and staff are friendly, food was good. I give it a lower rating due to how incredibly slow it was to receive our food, waited 30-45 mins for our dishes. If you are in a hury don't waist your time!! Literally. We will not be returning.

We were a party of 12 on March 16 that grew to a party of 17. The food was your typical White Spot fare, it was tasty. The service, however, was exceptional. They accommodated our numbers, were organized and efficient, and we received our food quickly for such a large group. Paying the bill was quick and easy. If you have a large group staying at the nearby hotel, I highly recommend eating a meal at the White Spot.

Nothing like a cup of coffee and a BC Sunny Start breakfast. I don’t know for sure why, but it must be the cheddar cheese, and that “Triple O sauce” on the bun, what exactly is in that sauce?

Went mid afternoon and shared the happy hour menu. Well proportioned dishes, fresh, and hot. Good variety. Shared quesadilla, zoo sticks and pierogies. There was enough to bring some home. Restaurant clean, server friendly, clean washrooms

Ok, this Whitespot is connected to a hotel and conference centre. I was tired, feeling lazy and wasn’t expecting much; consistent chain food at affordable prices.My server was kind and attentive to detail.My food was fresh and delicious, truly these dry ribs were so good.Place was bright clean and comfortable.Some days, surprising home runs.High five Whitespot team.

I've been to White Spot over 100 times in various locations around B.C. My recent visit to the Whatcom location for a family dinner was spectacularly bad. An outlier in normally predictable, decent family dining. I was excited to try the new Korean Fried chicken sandwich and found it to be inedible. I've been to Korea and I love, love, love Korean fried chicken so I figured it was time to try something other than the very decent legendary burger. Big mistake. The chicken was so tough I couldn't bite through it. I had to use a knife to cut it up. And the the gochujang sauce tasted as if if was just the paste right out of the container with no other ingredients. It's very rare that I don't finish a meal but in this case, I ate two bites and left the burger.Our waitress asked once during out long meal how everything was but she walked so quickly and made no eye contact so none of us got a chance to respond. There were no refills on any of our drinks and no return visits from her before the bill came. I mentioned to her that the burger was terrible (as did one other person in our party who ordered it) as she collected our still full plates and she responded with I'm sorry to hear that" and handed us the bill.Hopefully this hasn't become the norm at this location but let it at least be a cautionary tale for other Korean fried chicken lovers."

Today I tried toasted shrimp sandwich and I got so disappointed. A mixture of fishy smell, boiled shrimp and taste as shrimp soaked in water. The description says chilli sauce, it was ketchup in my opinion.I recommend to remove this item from the menu, I’m a chef and definitely they don’t know how to prepare shrimp.At least the service was really good and they offer me other option, the waitress was really friendly my whole stay at the restaurant. I will give two stars because of the service, the sandwich…. You know!

Food is almost always so good. We went there once and my boyfriend was served a chucked sandwich that was RAW the realization only set in when there was quarter of the burger left it was a chicken thigh he didn't get sick thank god and they manager was very apologetic our full order was refunded and plus they comped another full meal of his choice to go ended up being okay.

Pleasant atmosphere, good for families. We ordered the Humboldt squid to start, they were great. We had a problem with one of the main dishes, but they quickly resolved. We will return.

service was ok but took 15-20 mins after we were seated before anyone showed up, & there were plenty of empty tables. overall the service was good, the food is good but expensive, still love a triple-O burger!!
