I was very happy with the help and service that Lantex Ltd. provided. I was thinking of a completely different option for my needs and was asked to consider an alternative. Once I looked into the different laptops and what was offered I was glad that I did. I was able to get a much better quality machine for less money. Marcus is excellent at what he does. He was helping me with a different project when I mentioned some unrelated issues I was having with my internet. These have been ongoing and I have had several tech folks try and help - with no success. Marcus helped me trouble shoot and provided more possible explanation and solutions than anyone else. Having moved to a more rural area from Hamilton about 2 years ago, I have come to depend on Marcus for any computer problems I may have. He fixed my computer while I lived in Hamilton and found him to be very trustworthy and was extremely pleased with the service he provided. I simply message him and he sets up a time to fix my issues via video chat. I let Marcus take over and he then goes about solving my problems.
