Chi Collaborative - Tattoo & Wellness - Hypnotherapy & Coaching

Just got a tattoo by Marie (@medusa.illustration on instagram) and it was such a lovely experience - I’m in love with how it turned out! I’ve wanted this specific piece for years now, and Marie took a vague idea in my head and turned it into art that captures everything I wanted and more. Below is a more thorough review for anyone interested, but the short of it is that Marie is an extremely talented and detail oriented artist, with a outgoing and welcoming personality.Pre-tattoo: Marie was great at communicating throughout the process, and sent me the design well in advance (which was stunning off the bat and didn’t need any alterations). Even when going through a studio move she was quick to reply and understanding when I needed to reschedule due to illness.Chi Collaborative Studio:The studio is bright and spacious, and located beside/above Cup and Bun. They have ample parking in the back too. It was easy to find and had a really relaxing atmosphere. Marie’s station is well decorated with her original art, and right next to a window which was very calming.Session:Marie was so lovely and kind, she checked in often to see if I needed to a break or a stretch, and worked efficiently. The first two hours felt relatively low pain, the last hour with detailing and highlights felt a bit spicier - but Marie did an excellent job keeping me distracted and motivated to hang in there.The Art:Soooooooo beautiful! Can’t wait to add pictures to this review once healed, I’m over the moon with it. Detailed, intricate, and the highlights really made it pop.

Recently got a tattoo from Avi and had such a lovely experience! I got a beautiful yarrow tattoo that was done really well. Avi made sure to make me feel comfortable and the shop is very cozy and clean. Will definitely be coming back!! ❤️
