Downtown Therapeutic Massage (RMT)

I've had nothing but positive experiences with Shona. She has worked her magic on my tight tech-neck, screaming quads from running, tight glutes from pregnancy, and whatever other torture I've put my body through. I can tell Shona an area that is tight, and she is talented enough to find the exact spot while also being wise enough to know how tightness in one area can cause tightness in another area of my body. She also has a great attitude and is super personable. Her massage room is very clean and comfortable and you feel right at home. I highly recommend Shona!

I was suffering from tight shoulders, probably from stress and hunching at my desktop computer, so a friend recommended Downtown Therapeutic Massage. As you can see, its in a really accessible, central location. The space was tidy, clean and inviting. I had my 60 minute session with Teri and she did a wonderful job at setting me at ease. We chatted a bit, and she really took the time to understand my needs and made a few suggestions. I was a little apprehensive about massage therapy, since my last attempt felt more like being on the losing end of a wrestling match, with the bruises to prove it. But I am so glad I went because now my back and shoulders are unkinked and I am ready for the week!

Teri is by far one of the better massage therapists I've seen in a long time here in lower mainland. Their facility is clean and professional. Price is very competitive as well compared to other establishments. Definitely feel rejuvenated after every session.

I have been booking my massage therapy appointments with Teri for a few years now and I really appreciate her professionalism and expertise. I feel so much better after my massages, she is mindful to ask what brings me in and how the pressure is. I also love the building their office is located in as well as the atmosphere of the room!

WORTH A READ! Horrible service! Had an appointment scheduled at 1pm. I arrived to downtown at 12:50pm. I searched for parking for 15 mins and ended up paying $15 to park for 2 hours. I was using my GPS to take me here and it took me to a location that had no signs of a massage clinic. I then called the RMT that was in to ask for directions, she simply gave me the address. However, to get to this place, you have go into a building and go up to the 6th floor which she didn't bother explaining to me when I called. I even asked her, is there anything that I should know because I cant seem to find your place". She said no and again just repeated the address. After a little while

Just had a massage with Shona and it was amazing. Addressed my issues perfectly and such good pressure. It was very easy to find and she was great to communicate with. Definitely recommend!
