If you need account support be prepared for hours on hold and they refuse to use a call back system so your phone is tied up the entire time so i cant even do my job. The only reason i have to call in so much is because they consistently flag my account for unusual activity when its only used at the same places consistently.Placing here as a warning for potential customers.Edit had to come and report that after over an hour and two transfers, they hung up the phone and DID NOT CALL ME BACK. Useless company that does not care about customer service. Im done.
