Fantastic! I have been in the marketing business in Victoria for 27 years working with many printers throughout that time. For the last 7 years I counted on one printing company for 99% of my printing until he closed up shop last year leaving me to find a new company. Thankfully he recommended Fotoprint.While my time using Fotoprint has been less than a year, never in my life have I been left with such a positive experience so quickly. They really are terrific and I would recommend them to anyone. They offer great value, professionalism, technology, quality and a speedy turnaround. But most important to me, is the experience in dealing with the people and these people are FANTASTIC! Really truly Fantastic.So far I have dealt with Susan who has always been quick to respond, helpful and forgiving as I scrambled to switch over all my printing to a new place. Derek met with me in the beginning and gave me all the confidence I needed along with many quotes to allow me to understand that the value I received for many years was still going to continue when I switched to Fotoprint. And Linda who I thought was just a really cool millennial with a knack for communication with difficult customers like me, turns out to be a superstar who runs the show. Linda is amazing. The kind of person you wish you could clone ten thousand times!I highly recommend Fotoprint. I am a loyalist and Fotoprint won me over quickly. That isn’t a fluke and it isn’t easy. Fotoprint is a group of extremely talented people that know the key to business - which is EXCELLENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Excellent service and unbeatable quality. I've used Fotoprint on a number of occasions and I've always been blown away by the results. I just recently had some business cards done by them and I couldn't be happier. They went out of their way to explain the print style and type for when people ask and their staff was amazing at working with me through the design process. Definitely recommend them!

It’s my fault. Didn’t catch the error in the proof. 125.00 for design of a simple card and it came down to me. I blew it. Now I’m out 250.00 bucks on a set of business cards. Live and learn hey? I honestly feel sorry for the designer. 8 words and they just couldn’t.

Well, after reading through a few other reviews I now know that this is going to sound a bit repetitive, but I have used Fotoprint three or four times in the past and have been very pleased with their timely and very professional work each time.Most recently Linda and her team at Fotoprint were absolutely fantastic in helping us with our order of full colour custom calendars based on a series of bespoke artworks produced by our clients.The calendar project was managed in previous years by someone else on my team and was ordered through a different shop.  This year I decided to look around at my options to ensure that I was getting the best service possible, and… well.After being told by more than one other print shop that our deadline was too tight, and/or that we needed to hire a third-party graphics designer to lay out the project before they could work on it, and/or being presented with exorbitant estimates, Linda took one look at what we had in hand and immediately set off to work.Her feedback was fantastic, the layout was exactly what we needed, she provided thoughtful ideas and critiques (she has clearly done this once or twice before!), and their pricing was better than the other shops who were not certain that they could deliver what we were asking for.  The project was produced on-time and with a production quality that was well received by everyone.If you don’t go directly to Fotoprint based on this and other reviews, then please heed our advice and least include them on your shortlist as you shop around - I literally cannot think of a single part of the process that did not exceed my expectations, and based on a few previous orders with them over the years I am now certain that this is not a fluke.They’ll have my business next time around, and I’m happy to support another local business that understands that customer service is key.

Called mid-afternoon and needed a 45 page document printed (x4 copies) AND delivered in less than 22 hours. Didn't even manage to get the document to the printer until 2 hours to the delivery deadline, but they still aced the printing, bound everything (complete with front and back cover), and sprinted out the door to deliver the documents 3 blocks away, BY HAND. I've never met people nicer than Linda and her team, who went above and beyond to help get my documents to their proper owner.

Outstanding customer service. I didn't leave much room for confusion on my needs for service bordering on charity and they still took the time to get me a fast response vs. ignore my inquiry. Thanks for the quick reply!

Probably the most awkward experience of my life. I went here because they are the major print shop in town. I needed 500 black envelopes embossed with my logo and 500 cards made with my logo on one side and some generic text on the other. When I walked in a lady looked at me like I had three heads and she was shocked to see me. After a lot of very awkward not really any introductions she asked what I needed and I explained black envelopes, with my logo on them. She again looked like I had just asked for the craziest thing in the world and went to ask somebody if they could do this, she came back and said they can’t in the size I had shown them. I didn’t want the size I had shown, I explained that that was just a colour example and told her I am ok with almost any size. Whatever is easiest or available. She again went to ask somebody and came back and said they can’t do black envelopes in any size. I get that this doesn’t sound like a big deal, but it was just so weird. Like I went to a print shop, and asked for printing, on coloured paper, and they looked at me like I was insane. She also said she had no idea where I could find black envelopes in town. It was just one of the weirdest interactions of my life. Maybe I’m crazy for wanting black envelopes, but I would only come here if your needs are super basic I guess. I’m still so confused about this interaction. Just not what I expected from a print shop and the most uncomfortable customer service experience of my life. Again, maybe I’m the crazy one here, but this was weird.

Great services. Amazing attention to detail. Always willing to work with you to meet your deadlines. And the best, always looking for ways to save you money on the complete job.Fotoprint are amazing corporate citizens. They are a great supporters of local charities and are always there to stand up and be counted.

We got SUPERB service from Fotoprint. They went over and above the call of duty in providing not only their regular perfect product, but in a turnaround time that was dictated by a serious health/family issue at our end, which slowed us down in our own processes. Fotoprint picked up the ball and got the product to us in a very short time frame that really helped us out. Truly great customer relationship stuff! Bravo Fotoprint, merci beaucoup!

We were working on a large important bid proposal in a very short time frame, and were struggling to find a printer that could have our project printed and delivered by our deadline. Most print offices we spoke with had to stifle their laughter at our seemingly unachievable request. We found Fotoprint less than 24 hours before our deadline, spoke with Linda, asking if it was possible for them to have it printed and delivered to the submission office by 12pm on Friday, and she assured us that she would make it happen.We had a large document, 45 pages, needing 4 copies to be printed, with bleeds, double sided, bound with covers, packaged individually with two additional documents, all needing to be delivered prior to 12. We got the document to Linda by 10am, had it proofed by 11, and had to be in the hands of the receiver by 12!Linda went above and beyond, and ran three blocks to HAND DELIVER it to our receiver. I don't know many companies, or people, who would go above and beyond their job scope to deliver this level of customer service, especially to a new customer with less than 24 hours notice. We could not have completed our project without her amazing work and dedication. Through our many phone calls, over a span of 2 hours, Linda and Fotoprint have proven that they are Customer Service Champions, and today they were our heroes!A big thank you to Linda and everyone at Fotoprint for your amazing work and phenomenal customer service.
