Do not use this lawfirm for anything they will mis-represent and discept you.. keep this sweet and short in my case i defaulted during the pandemic right after government loosen the restrction i was in the preparation to make payment... Then i get letters from this law firm claming they are lawyers for scotia bank and wanted to collect my debt..I then call scotia bank to validate this scotia collection debt claim we don't own the debt and i can't even make the payment to scotia bank even if i wanted to. I ask who owns the debt they said they don't know..........i get frustrated after 10-20 minutes they simply say the only note on file we got is a phone number. Only problem is that belongs to these law firm and they claim scotia owns my debt.So for 2 years i go back and forth with scotia still don't know who bought my debt. Only when i did a consumer proposal i find out neither devry law firm nor scotia owns my debt it's some third party vendor funny thing is they haven't mentioned till date they own the debt either...It's me prusoth :) i will only purge this review if you purge my debt from credit report if not it stays here :)

I had 3 separate lawyers 4 times times through this firm. This experience has been a mess. I would never recommend this law firm. I tried to contact the office manager to fix the issue and no response back. Didn’t even file my divorce papers until I asked what was going on after 7 months after they were suppose to be filed. They did say sorry.
