Very nice group of people where you feel more at home. Kitchen with lots of snacks, fruits, coffee machines everywhere. Well-oiled organization too - all issues get resolved very promptly and most are addressed in the orientation materials. Highly recommended!

I had the best moment of my work life at Intelliware. Surrounded by smart people, you will learn a lot and also want to give your best for this company who cares about you. I miss working here and playing board game/ping pong with peers after work. I would go back if I moved back to TO.

## RACIAL DISCRIMINATION and PROFILING in the Hiring ProcessMy friend recently interviewed for this company. The initial rounds of interview went exceptional including the technical interview. Received a call for scheduling of Final Meeting with Management within 5 minutes of technical round interview. TheCFO was rude and didn't ask any questions related to the role or showed any interest. HR did not provide any update after repeated follow ups. Although the company boasts off about its success stories and involvement with the Community the reality is different. There is a lot of Racial Profiling and discrimination in the Hiring Process and Management (including CFO).
