Can't ever get a hold of them. Through phone, email you might get 1 or 2 responses. Tried to stop in to there office location from Google. Looks like it probably a appartment building. So you have no idea or way of actually speaking to people.

And you wonder why but there's a lot of homeless people in Saskatoon it's because of people like this

Stewart Properties knowingly rented me a suite with an extreme bedbug infestation, on a new 6 month lease, in Feb 2017. I was forced to take them to court over the expensive ordeal (them witholding my damage deposit after I terminated the lease; moving thrice in a month; dry cleaning; etc). After I won my case, they were ordered to pay me. The order was ignored by Tyler Stewart, and he even mocked me for demanding that he pay. I was forced to report him to the rentalsman and the sheriff’s office for refusing to pay. He only paid me once he realized the sheriff’s office would block him from requesting assistance with future evictions, until I was paid. The cheque was, in the end, short by $20-30 because that is who Tyler Stewart is, in essence. The payment arrived in late April/ early May 2018.

Great property freindly staff and maintenance would rent from them again

Stewart properties has taken care of my every maintenance need and continue to strive to have better tenants in my building to make it a safer environment for my family...Kyle goes out of his way to accommodate and address issues as they arise and Tyler Stewart does a lot of initiatives in the community to assist with affordable housing programs so that more people can have a place to live...I’ve lived there for 1.5 yrs, and I’ve never seen a rental increase except for when I moved to a larger suite. I recommend this property management to anyone.

bought a house next to Stewart properties, definition of slumlord. They would not monitor or care for the properties in anyway shape or form until things were completely out of control then blame the tenant's even though neighbors were calling asking for them to do something. very unprofessional to deal with.

Not exactly happy, maybe you guys can change that though. You were supposed to call me back and never did. One of your guys hung up on me as well.

My roommate and I rented from Stewart for about a year. They seemed quite good to deal with until we started having some issues with the house.TL;DR Maintenance team has poor response time, if they even respond at all. Called someone else for a repair due to Stewart’s negligence, got footed with bill. Steer clear of this company, if possible.The furnace quit in winter on Friday, and the house was without heat for a better part of the day. When my roommate came home and noticed it, him and I both made several immediate calls to Stewart’s emergency maintenance line. No one answered for several hours, and we left several messages. With a -20 to -25 night approaching, we called a local mechanical company to have someone come and look at the furnace. About the same time he arrived, I finally got through to Stewart’s maintenance guy. He was displeased we called someone else to come fix the furnace. Time is of the essence when a furnace quits in a Saskatchewan winter - I don’t know how long they expected us to wait. They did offer to reimburse us for this repair.Shortly after the furnace quit, the toilet sprung a fresh water leak on a Thursday night. My roommate called at 9am the next Friday morning and scheduled a repair. He was told it would be repaired the same day. No one showed up that Friday. He tried calling the emergency maintenance line again, no one answered. He left a message. With no response from anyone going into the weekend, he called a local plumber to make the repair. Over the weekend, we didn’t notify Stewart the repair had been made (it wasn’t possible, they wouldn’t answer their emergency line or return our calls). The weekend passed - no one showed up to make the repair, no one called to let us know they were coming, at any point. My roommate called Stewart Monday morning and told them about the situation. They initially told us we would be reimbursed for the repair - they later changed face and told us they would not be covering it.After some discussion about the ordeal, we were told something along the lines of “our sense/definition of urgency may be different”, as to say we should have waited, indefinitely, without the use of our only toilet. If there would have been any communication at all, these unfortunate circumstances could have been avoided.Unfortunately, in my experience, Stewart Properties is just another property management company willing to take advantage of its tenants in order to preserve their bottom line. I would certainly suggest that anyone steer clear of this company, if possible.

They are alright. They are slow to fix things. I guess they are okay. Not my first choice of rental company.

You couldnt ask for better landlords we have been renting from them for years. they are the friendliest people I've ever rented from. Rent from them you wont be disappointed.
