Josh came to repair inoperative AC unit. He told us that it will be hard to find parts for such an old unit. He offered to contact Justin who showed up later that afternoon. Gave us prices for replacements options. Set up thing for the following day. Alex & Christian Showed up just as the Energy assessment was nearly completed and they got to work right away. These gentlemen worked very hard in a very hot house. Justin call around supper time to see if we were satisfied with the instillation and to see if we had any questions. We were very impressed with all of your employees friendliness and professionalism. We will endorse your Products ans service to all who ask.

Had a new AC installed and noticed the coil was freezing. Someone was sent to investigate promptly, discovered the problem was airflow in the furnace. He quickly resolved the issue, and went above and beyond to ensure the AC was working optimally, even going as far as extra troubleshooting and replacing the electrical board in the furnace to achieve the optimal level of airflow. He was very friendly and informative, taking the time to explain everything to me. Every time I call Reliance, the issue is always dealt with quicker than I expect and the service people have always been kind and generous with their time and knowledge.

We are very pleased with the work that was done. We were in need of a replacement of water tank and then furnace and central air. Booked an appointment 9 days in advance, told the scheduling agent to make a note on my account that my furnace room needs a ladder to be accessed and that I have the ladder on site, and to please send an agent that is comfortable climbing a ladder.My appointment was for between 8am and 1pm on a Saturday.My entire weekend was scheduled around this appointment and inconvenienced me and my boyfriend having to make sure someone was home for the technician. 11 am rolls around and I’m getting nervous they aren’t going to show because Reliance, didn’t show TWICE for an appointment at my previous residence and cost my household income of $1000 taking off working to be home for the appointment.I get on the phone with the agent and she informs me the appointment is cancelled, only to find out that reliance internal team won’t use ladders and it’s in their contract.Why was this not picked up when I booked the appointment? Why did the agent not know this information? Why did I not get a phone call that my appointment was cancelled? It took me calling to confirm!So unprofessional and disappointing. Three times, terrible experience with reliance. Unfortunately will never be using reliance again.

When I called to say I had a problem I was told someone would be out to fix it at no charge. When the technician came he said Reliance would not do that kind of repair (plumbing) even when it's a rental water heater that I believe was incorrectly installed. Not only that Reliance would charge me $99 as he had to come to do a job that he wasn't allowed to do. When I see that on my next bill, I will be calling to have it removed as I had been assured it would be free.

Great experience!!Initial diagnostic rep was very informative.Sales rep replied/came by that same evening. Installation went well and quickly. There was a very good sense of communication between all levels of the reps.Will definitely use again and refer to others!

We recently had the bad luck of needing our A/C unit and furnace replaced in the same week. Our Reliance tech Brad was very knowledgeable and offered a great explanation of what was faulty. He called up Tim Young who works with Reliance Sales and he came over right away to explain our options. I've worked in customer service for 15+ years and Tim is exceptional! He was friendly, sympathetic to our situation, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain every option available to us and all the plans that would save us the most money. We opted to get a heat pump and furnace combo and the two techs that came in Alex K and Eddie were also so incredible (even through the snow!). They were so careful with their work and took the time to walk us through everything they did and the changes they made to improve the air system. 15/10 would recommend all of the people that helped us through this install. Brad, Tim, Alex K, and Eddie you are all fabulous and if we can request team members to work with, your names will definitely requested!

I has a new furnace installed recently and had some water pool around the unit. Reliance had a person come out within a few days. The technician Marco quickly found out what the problem was and set up a future appointment to have it fixed. He also took the time to explain important information to me about the system, how it worked and share tips on how to keep the system working properly. I really appreciated his time, efficiency and expertise that made me feel more comfortable with the big purchase I had made.
