Excellent value on the express VIP detail, for $89 plus tax my cars look new. I took my Audi in a week ago and they did an excellent job. The young kids work very hard and fast, don't forget to tip them. I took my wifes Cadillac in today and they did the same excellent work on it as well.They do an interior cleaning, windows inside and out, vacuum all floors, seat and trunk and wash winter mats as well as an air compressor to clean your vents. They also clean all openings, frame and door jams.For a mere 40 minutes in time, its well worth it. That would have taken me over 3 hours.I will be back a couple of times a year, saves time and money.Great employees who are enthusiastic, and work hard.

Super disappointed with this place. Went in for a $89.99 (plus tax) cleaning and my vehicle was barely vacuumed and still had dirt/dust all around the interior of the vehicle. When I asked the lady to come and have a look at it she became very defensive and in a very stern voice told me that I should have bought the $300 package if I wanted the car cleaned and there's only so much they can do in 45 minutes. Because I dropped my vehicle off I had no idea of the time frame it took them to do the service but I at least expected my car to be clean when I picked it up 3 hours later. Not sure what to say other then feeling very ripped off.I keep my vehicle normally very clean but thought I'd spoil myself for a little TLC cleaning with it being the Spring now. I could have had my 10 year old daughter do a better job in 30 minutes and saved myself $100.I can't see this business lasting long.

Very happy with the end result. Usually I clean my vehicle at the gas station drive thru, but worth the money to have it cleaned here. I will be back. Thank you.

Usually fast service, and is not touchless so actually physically gets at grime.The only real downside is the basic wash is terrible. For 4 bucks more the mid level wash is far superior. I think they should axe the basic wash and add another wash just above their best wash (I think they call it ultimate) to include a very quick vac or something additional that includes a simple hands on feature (for instance a dash and console wipe and rear view air freshener or something)

When I spoke to the manager today about the high cost to simply wipe down my hardly dirty leather back seats (just gravel dust from dog paws, no mud) with a wet rag (only $90 pckg + tx included wiping down the seats that apparently), instead of explaining why the cost was so high, he tried to upsell me another $70+ tx to have my leather seats “shampooed” Unreal & I won’t be back. Went to Mr Shine in Ajax for 20 years and complete in & out with tip was $45!! It is very unfortunate that Kingston doesn’t seem to have a reasonably priced quick in & out service. Or maybe I just haven’t found it yet!!

Been here a few times since moving to Kingston 3 years ago and never disappointed. They thoroughly wash and detail your vehicle for a reasonable price and it smells and looks amazing for weeks afterwards. The owner inspects each job for quality with a flashlight which says a lot. And the interior of the shop has a lovely clean seating area for customers as you wait.

Had a very pleasant experience. The detailers are quick and hard working. The owner or the advisor at the little booth explained the package in detail and made some recommendations which was very much appreciated. I am happy now that my car is sparkling clean. Will make it a point to come in regularly to keep it looking like new. Thank you guys for a wonderful job!

I went here for the third time this past Sunday and it was such a great experience!No appointment needed. In 45 minutes, the interior of my car went from disgustingly dirty to brand new looking! For $90! My car dealership would've charged $180 at least. (Without shampoo)I have received so many compliments and my husband was impressed by how shiny and new my rims looked. The staff did such a great job and they were friendly.I really appreciated how clean my car was. I was so impressed. Thak you Aqua Car Wash! See you soon!
