In spite of being very busy, Jeff responded by email promptly to our web request for help and made us a priority because we’d had repeated basement flooding in late Nov. 2021. He showed up exactly when he said he would (7:00 a.m.), quickly located our sump for us and scoped the drainage line to see if our basement flooding was caused by a city sewer problem or blockage on our side of the property line. When he’d identified for us that the problem was a city issue, Jeff then efficiently flushed our drain tiles to ensure they weren’t contributing to the flooding. Jeff communicates well, is professional and prompt with insurance-required paperwork and charges a fair rate for excellent quality assistance. But, he came by today to look at my newly installed (and failing perimeter drain).He said he could do the work for me, but was insistent that I get the previous plumber to come back and fix the job. Jeff is very professional and was quick to respond to a sewer backup issue we were having. He provided a detailed breakdown of what needed to be done and was able to start the job right away. Fantastic! That is how I would describe the service provided by Jeff at Urban water works. After calling Jeff, he was able to fit me in right away to clean my drain tile. He showed up on time and asked a lot of questions to totally understand the situation. Jeff carefully cleaned each section of the drain tile explaining what was happening at each point. To ensure I was happy with the job, Jeff scoped the entire system showing me what was happening at each point in my drain tile. To cap it off, Jeff did not charge me for a couple of little extra things he did to ensure his own satisfaction with the job. If you need your drain tile cleaned, I highly recommend Urban Water Works.
