I had called and emailed many furniture repair companies as I wanted to get a repair done on my couch. Some straight up turned me away, others asked me to bring the couch to them and/or quoted a hefty price. It is a big couch that is difficult to move and is in my basement and so we wanted an option where someone could come here and do the repair. I came across CR Techniques from a company that turned me away and they are amazing!!First off, they will come to your place to do the repair (if they can). Second, the quoted price was way cheaper than competitors, and if I factor in hiring a mover to move the couch to and from the competitors shop - ($400 round trip) - the savings are massive.I had Mike come out and he had such positive energy right from the start. Provided his honest opinion on everything I asked even if it meant some work not being done as it was not worth while for the cost. He is one of the nicest individuals I have ever met and just a true professional. Extremely knowledgeable too on how to make the couch better, the construction of it, etc.I would absolutely recommend Mike and cr techniques to anyone! Thanks again Mike and cr techniques!

One seat of our two seater recliner suddenly stopped working. Daniel very quickly identified the problem was a pinched and broken cable. When he learned that it would take many months to get the cable from the manufacturer, he found a local source, bought it and installed it for us. He also zip tied all the cables to ensure this did not happen again. Daniel went the extra mile for us and we are so grateful.
