My partner and I went to the Brick to browse for a couch and mattress and Tim greeted up with the warmest smile and friendliest conversation. He was not pushy whatsoever and helped us find the perfect couch and mattress- and the perfect price too! If you’re looking for anything- go see Tim MacDonald at the Brick in Kingston! Even if you don’t buy, you’ll have a great time browsing with him guiding you!!! You will not regret it.

Literally the worst, most inept company I have ever dealt with. Spent over $7k on furniture only to have the first delivery attempt be several hours late, with half the items broken. Note that I said first attempt" because they haven't had a successful one yet after 3 weeks. I understand things happen so i chalked that first botched delivery to bad luck. The second attempt was also late

We purchased a Fridge and Stove from The Brick. We were very impressed with the customer service Lyndon gave us. He was very knowledgeable about the appliances and he provided us a guaranteed delivery date, something hard to find these days. We are very happy with our purchase and we will definitely return for other items as needed.

This was my first experience buying from BRICK. I went in just to window shop, however, after having a brief discussion with Sheela I found myself willing to give her my business.Sheela was very knowledgeable, experienced, and transparent, two skills hard to find in sales personnel these days. I did not feel as if she just wanted my money, rather I wanted to spend out of my own free will.I recommend asking for her at this BRICK location, as she will give you the best advice/ insight.

We went to the Brick to get my mother furniture for her new apartment. From the moment we walked in, Tim was professional, patient and knowledgeable. He listened to what our needs were and showed us many options within our budget.You can tell he knows his stuff and really enjoys helping people.We walked out of there with confidence knowing we had made the right choices. Thank you Tim for being so kind and patient. It really made the experience enjoyable. We will be back in the future!

Mike, the sales rep we had when mattress shopping in The Brick, Kingston, was ready to answer our many questions on the varied nomenclature put forth by the mattress industry.This enabled me and my partner to get what we wanted. A mattress suited for us! Much appreciated given the daily 8-hour stint on one and the rarity of purchasing such an item. He had great knowledge of the product(s) and of being a salesperson too--in a good way: not pushy, gave insight, gave plenty of space to us as the customer; did upsell but thats the job and he didn't do so on the mattresses (where he encouraged us to try the range out) but on extras (pillows, mattresses covers). Very glad we had him to turn to when questioning. Thanks Mike!

Tim Mac Donald was an absolute joy to deal with. I went in on my break to purchase two couches and he was supper efficient in completing the sale. Zero pressure and lots of laughs. Any future sales will be done through him. My only complaint is that one of the couches I wanted was an online order only. Therefore Tim is unable to collect his much deserved commission. I would suggest that The Brick compensates its employees on all sales and finds a way to fix this issue. I’m sure there’s an easy solution.

From start to finish the staff and experience at the Brick has been outstanding. We went into the shop in search of a couch but came out with several pieces of furniture we loved. They were delivered ahead of the estimated time and in wonderful condition. The TV stand was easy to assembly and the delivery team even placed the mattress for me. Exceptional customer service from Tyler. I would 100% recommend to everyone.

Lance was extraordinary though out the entire transaction. His amazing personality and amazingly wacky tie made me purchase when I was just planning on browsing for the day. If you are going to the brick, look for Lance! Highly recommend him as he worked to get me something within my price range while suggesting and offering help and opinions.

My husband and I always purchase our furniture from Tim MacDonald at The Brick. Tim is very knowledgeable and always makes the experience enjoyable. I highly recommend asking for Tim the next time you are furniture shopping.
