I had this company out to install my water softener and filtration system and they did an amazing job they were on time clean and very professional and friendly on another occasion we had are expansion tanks stopped working after a power outage I called them in the evening to see if I could schedule them to come out the next day to correct it and the tech was nice enough to explain to my husband how to reset it and get us up and running that night with no charge I will be recommending this company to everyone and I am beyond happy with them great job guys keep up the good work

This company charged me $1800 to move 2 pipes and put up a shower head. When I asked for receipts, they dropped the bill to $1200. Obviously, they are con artists looking to make money at any costs.They did not provide receipts.The shower head leaks and they are not willing to rectify their sub standard work.I would not recommend this shady company to anyone

Called upon McKinnon Plumbing many times over the past several years and got nothing but very prompt and professional service ... repairs, installation, advice ... you name it. Whether its Mr. MacKinnon or the technicians, every experience was good. Our family certainly would recommend McKinnon Plumbing.

Called him on a Sunday to fix a faucet. Said he was busy, but would maybe arrive that same day or the Monday. No showed.Called him the following week, I said what happened? He didn't answer that and just rescheduled. No showed.Unprofessional, uncommunicative. This also lost him service calls from several local businesses because they recommended him to me and when I told them how he left me out to dry, they weren't happy.Go with Hello Plumber if you need top tier service

We had a leak in the basement and called MacKinnon that evening. Two good lads came in the next day at 8:30, fixed it up and were out by 10:30. They were friendly and quick to get things sorted. One recommendation for the future would be to clean up after themselves. This is winter, they just walk through the house with their dirty boots on, pick up their things and walk out. Leave the place as you found it is a professional courtesy any customer has the right to expect.

This is the absolute WORST Plumbing company in the Plumbing company in theCity.Had a horrible time dealing with this company!!When they started my plumbing project approximately besides being never on time, everything they did , Was very unprofessional, and they did not stick to the original quote.I found dealing with the owner John extremely stressful, he was always very rude and aggressive and full of excuses.I later found out that a similar situation occurred with a friend, I would recommend that you run from this company .

This company is the worst I've ever seen. They charged me $800 for a job that they told me was going to be costing about $400. They then took over a month to get back to me when I called them to tell them how this is WAY higher then what they said it would be. They then sent me a higher bill charging me interest and basically told me to deal with it since there's nothing I can do about it.They are theives and did poor work. My house still did not have water ( frozen pipe issues ) after they worked on it and they damaged the siding on my house.Stay away from them if at all possible!

excellent response from John and his team.with no water one feels so lost but John came immediately to our house. not only exceptional service but fair and pleasant service. I would highly recommend their service for any of similar issues.thank you John and team for taking such excellent care of us.
