Customer service is terrible. I called to have my bill explained and was spoken to like a Child. I told the woman I was getting an irritated tone from her as I was being polite and she continued to speak to me rudely. The call ended with no answers, no resolution and a very upset customer. Do better Enbridge. Also they don't technically have to check your meter

The fact my bill has gone from hundred whatever all the way up to $250 is crazy. Called to ask how this could had happened. Let's just say I was told that my bills were always this high and got argued with. My proof of my bills not being so high and on hand to show she didn't care to see. Was to busy arguing my bill is always 250$ or more.Long story short don't work somewhere if your not happy there and treat the customers the way this lady did. If I could switch company's ID 100% do it.

Worst customer service and experience with Enbridge. They send us invoice of 1300$ in mid February. This invoice was covering the months from September to December. We already paid $200 per month earlier and now they sent us the invoice saying we are supposed to pay 1300$ extra to adjust the bill as the reading was estimated throughout the months. They are giving the reasons that maybe our guy missed one reading. No one sent us the any real reading nor any headsup that we are supposed to submit the reading. The worst thing is they missed to take the reading in the peak winter and didn't even bother to ask us to submit the reading.This was our first winter and we are trying to keep the temperature as low as possible to avoid paying extra and here these people are literally looting purposely.

I set up a payment arrangement with them for every second Friday for a set amount. When I first set this up I reminded the CSR I spoke to that even though I was paying on a certain day it would take on average 2-3 business days for the payment to be processed. She stated that she understood this and said it wouldn’t be a problem. Meanwhile some months later I got a letter from Enbridge stating that my payment for August 5 had not been received. I checked my bank account online and sure enough the payment went through on the date it was supposed to. I called the office and the CSR told me that because it was paid on a Friday it didn’t get posted until the following Monday and the system sees this as a late payment. Now, throughout most of the modern world it’s understood that when you pay by online banking it takes on average 2-3 business days to process a payment and most businesses make allowances for this in their accounting software. But not these knuckleheads! I simply could not make her understand that I was adhering to the agreement by paying on the agreed-to date and the extra time it takes for them to process it was not my fault. She offered to change the payment date but why should I?! The problem is at their end, not mine. Maybe they should update her software or make a note on my file or do anything to resolve the issue without involving me. Maybe I’m being stubborn but I look at this way…if you give your rent cheque to your landlord on the first of the month like you’re supposed to and he doesn’t end up cashing it for another week, is that your fault? These people don’t understand the difference between paying and being paid.

Call centre is competent so they get a star for that. But logistically, have caused me grief. Refused to allow me to pay more for my equal billing, knowing that the house was vacant for a year and the estimate would be too low. Now I have to pay $570 for the billing year end! Also terribly slow for line locates. Delayed construction site next to me by months. Now the giant pit beside me exposing my foundation will be there all winter. Increases my heating bill again. I miss Union Gas.

It is time consuming trying to get a customer service representative from this company to answer questions about an account!!! What is press this and press that? There are issues your programmed computer cannot answer!!! I totally kiss my teeth in frustration!!!!

I wish it was possible to give this company less then one. As a HVAC contractor I dread having to deal with them on the utility side. They miss appointment leave my clients with no heat and gas all the time . never delver on their promises regarding appointment times and leave the job site without finishing and not tell anyone as to why.

These people sent me a bill for September to October for $439. I haven’t even been heating my house or pool or anything, matter of a fact my feet are freezing from being cheap. They grossly overestimated my bill, I called them and they grossly over estimated last months bill too, and therefore had no payment for the bill they just sent me for $439. I’m new to the area, and didn’t realize I had to verify these readings in order to not get ripped off. Likely been ripped off since April when I moved in. They are suppose to come out every other month to check my metre but failed to do so. Very disappointed

Nightmare customer service. As others have said you have to go through a mountain of Press this for that" menus until you finally reach a human (first rep was very nice) but then had to get passed along to service desk who basically said I was lying about which meter was associated with my business unit #. I provided the Enbridge meter ID number to him who then said it does not exist in their system even though I was there when the Enbridge tech installed the new meter
