If you are in need of windows or doors, Big Ross and his crew should be your first stop on the Sunshine Coast. We have received a number of screen doors and garage door pieces from Sunco, and the service and quality of goods has always been spot-on! Ross always goes above and beyond, and has even done a few house calls for me after work to answer questions about product. Best of all, Sunco is a local company. Why shop at a multi-national in the city when you can support your local economy here on the Coast. Finally to the few complaining about bad" service

The people at Sunco are always so friendly and helpful. If they don't have it something in stock, they can usually order it in or suggest where else to go.Earlier this year, I needed to get a new combination handle and lock for an older sliding glass door and this was the only place on the coast where I could find it! Most recently, I was looking for door rollers (for the same door) and though they didn't have any of the specific rollers in stock Ross suggested where to find them. Twice, I wouldn't have been able to fix my door without Sunco's help. Highly recommended.

Arrogant owner, avoid dealing with Ross if you can. Its well known on the coast that his customer service skills are lacking. Prices were ok for doors but windows and door hardware were much cheaper in Vancouver.

Beware of 25% restocking fee for a standard door cancelled the same day and not picked up! I am still to see the $50 balance of my $120 deposit be returned to my visa! I was told it would take them months to resell a 32 x 80 exterior door!

Sunco seems to be set up in business, but the rude attitude and smirky comments are not except able. I received an email reprimanding his employees, gave a deposit of $1000.00 for 2 doors that never arrived, then my order was cancelled by Ross and had trouble getting my money back...there are few places on the Sunshine Coast ...but this is not a place anyone should get doors or windows. NEVER AGAIN.

Ross and Peter have been incredibly helpful with my door projects over the past 5 years. From the quick and polished installation of the new front door when I moved to the coast to the expedient delivery of my business doors today. They have an incredibly busy company, but are fantastic at expediting projects as much as they can!

Once I did finally get my windows installed I was happy. But, getting a quote was quite painful. I submitted my request for a quote 4 times until I finally got one. They did a good job installing the windows, but left a bit of a mess, including quite a few screws in the driveway, which I thankfully avoided with my tires. Selection is fairly limited on the Coast, so there aren’t many other places to choose from.
