This is my first year using the Dr Snow removal service and I must say I was very skeptical at first not knowing what to expect from a new business. Now it is clear as day the best decision I could have made for this winter ! Quality of work was amazing , very friendly crew , and the added bonus not having massive snowbanks built up in my driveway like a plow would do! Was a very messy weekend and when all was said and done , I woke up to go to work Monday morning to a clear driveway!!Thank you once again for the great service and I highly recommend this company!

First time hiring for snow removal service & without a doubt been a great decision. My husband travels for a living so for me to be able to come home from work to a clear driveway, has taken my stress level from 100% down to zero. Thank you so very much for prompt, awesome driveway clearing. My husband met Tyler last evening and commented on how nice he was and what an amazing job he does. Thankyou Dr. Snow and team. The driveway is never plowed and coming home after a 12 hour night shift I am forced to shovel the driveway to even get my car in the driveway. Very poor customer service when we asked why no one ever came and we were told that if we wanted them to come for less than 5cm of snow we would have to pay again. I do not recommend this company.

I have never in my life had to post a review for a service I didn’t like because normally business’s rectify their mistakes when they make them. The responses this company has given their clients after expressing concern over the service they are paying for is absolutely not okay, especially when clients are paying hundreds of dollars for this service only for it not to be done. My elderly grandmother tried to give the young man who runs the business the benefit of the doubt, and I did too. However after reading the response we got to our complaint, I will make sure no one uses this business. Never seen such deplorable customer service.

Dr Snow removal is a great service! They have great staff and powerful machinery. All their staff stayed up for 3 days straight to make sure every customer was service. No company is perfect but I believe they strive to be as perfect as they can be! Keep rocking it!

I am so surprised to hear and see 5 star reviews for this company. But then we all see things a bit differently. As much as I respect and admire the effort put into an interesting concept, unfortunately, the results fall far short from satisfactory. There have been a number of excuses for poor" service but in the end enough is enough. I believe my property has not been serviced about half of the time at least 12 hours after the snow stopped. I would not have signed up for a service that "now" has a 24 hour window to get to my property - that seems unrealistic. And my patience

Dr Snow is also offering a Spring Cleanup for your property. I had a crew here yesterday afternoon (25 April) and they did a terrific job.

My driveway was done fast and good. Highly recommend. My grandmother even told me one of the operators in the orange tractor helped her cross the road during the storm. Great team, great service!
