Rip off. Prices are not listed on the items and it seems like prices are decided at the moment by the vendor. I was asked to pay $10 for a small lithium battery which I then walked across the street and paid $3 for!

Brought my phone in to be fixed the day before a trip - left my phone number and was told that I would be called when it was ready. After some time I had not received a call and checked the opening hours online, only to find that the store had already closed. I left the country before it reopened, without my phone which I had wanted to fix for the trip. I was not able to call and speak to anyone as I was out of the country. A week later I managed to get someone to go pick it up for me. Shop owner was very rude and insisted on charging 50% more than the originally agreed upon price based on alleged extra services that I was never consulted on. Overall bad experience, would not recommend!!

I brought in my iPhone 11 Pro when the screen started malfunctioning after 2 yrs of steady usage without any prior issues or repairs needed. They fixed it promptly and the service was friendly, so I was happy initially. However, within one month's time the screen went black again. I went back to the store and was told there are no guarantees on repairs, that I'd have to fix it again. They claimed they'd give me a special price which was actually more than I spent the first time around. I didn't even want to fix my phone here again, but needed my phone so I reluctantly agreed. Again, within one month the screen stopped working while on a trip outside of the country. I needed my phone for work while away, so on top of being expensive for nothing it was a MAJOR inconvenience. I do not recommend this shop.

Took our phone in for a screen repair. He said he could order the necessary part and fix the phone the next day (urgent because it is an assistive device for a disabled person). Took $170 deposit. 10 days passed, no parts received, and no phone fixed.We took the phone back and the screen no longer worked at all. Did not receive a refund for the deposit.Cops were present when we took our phone back helping another customer dispute a similar issue.

Stay away from this place! The worst place where you can 'fix' your cell phone. You will have to throw your phone into the garbage after paying a hefty amount of money for an unprofessional service.
