Alex and his crew were incredibley efficient and service was top notch. I bought a used spa and he knew every part that would probably need replacing and he was exactly right. He had all the parts in stock and his prices beat everyone else hands down. I initially hired him to move the spa from a backyard on a hill to the driveway to put onto my flatbed. Their dolly worked perfectly and they made it look easy, but the spa was a good 7 or 800 pounds. Saved a lot of stress and frustration and probably my back. But now I have a trusted supplier for all my chemicals and parts. Don't hesitate to use his services as it's well worth it. Thanks for everything Alex!

I needed a 1000lb brand new hot tub relocated off of a brand new 39” deck moved on to my concrete patio, needless to say I was very nervous about damage. Alex and his team were very professional and exhaustive in the precautions they took to ensure that not only did the relocation was safe and smooth but also that it was placed exactly where I wanted it. Alex also took the extra time to explain how to reconnect the wiring and pointed out every step in the process. Very professional individuals who take great care in the work they do. Wow!! I don’t know that I have EVER received this level of service from ANY company out there. We needed our new hot tub relocated from curbside to our back yard, and Alex and his team made themselves available, got the job done efficiently and seamlessly, and even took the time to educate us on the operation and care of our unit. Calgary Hot Tub Superstars are truly superstars. I would highly recommend them for any hot tub job with confidence they could complete the job. These are the hardest working individuals I have ever met. Fast, and efficient service. They truly care, and always considerate of their surroundings. Our hot tub was older and heavy and in a fairly confined area in our back yard. This team came in and worked their hearts out to get our hot tub out of my back yard, fast and carefully. They cleaned up behind themselves as they worked, and when they were done you couldn’t tell they were in our yard, except the hot tub was gone. If we ever need this service again, I would 100% call this company again. Amazing work, amazing people. :)

Alex & his team removed our old hot tub from a very tight space! The hot tub was sunken into our back deck and the deck covered with a veranda. The hot tub only cleared the veranda by 1” but Alex & his team were able to maneuver it out without doing any damage to our property. They did a fabulous job!Alex & his team were also all very personable and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!

Alex and his team were absolutely amazing!!From first contact with Alex when I inquired about having our hot tub taken away, to the day Alex and his team showed up and removed the tub.I can't remember the last time I have received this well of service, it has been a very long time!!Prompt service, easy to communicate with, answered my questions, the quote that was given, was the price that we paid. All the correct equipment for removal, and they were very careful moving it out of our yard, with no damage done.If you need a hot tub taken away or moved, I would not hesitate at all to call them!!
