The young man who assisted me in finding a pair of boots was extremely helpful. He was cheerful and attentive.

A large location with so many items to choose from! Great prices, good sales, and friendly staff!

Clean and well organized. It was hard to find staff when needed to try on shoes. Otherwise a good experience.

Aside from the usual awesome atmosphere and great service I have to give a special mention (and honestly all 5 stars) to Luis on my last visit. Not only was he professional and friendly but he went above and beyond to help me and my girlfriend in providing service. I work in retail as well and it’s not often you see this level of customer service. Thanks!

Everything is over priced, and very small shoe selection

This review is for Boathouse and New Balance.I bought ladies 237 grey with blue size 7 and LOVE THEM! Last summer I bought a pair of fresh foam (I can’t remember the model number but it was the first time I’ve tried New Balance!) They were so comfortable from the first second I put them on. I walked until I practically wore them out. I walk over 20 km a day. I needed another pair and I am sold on NB and this model 237 is so cool and vintage looking. I fell in love with them and just like last time they were incredibly comfortable. I’m 100% sold on New Balance. I got a fantastic deal at Boathouse for them! I bought other shoes there in the past and been so happy with them. Thank you for the awesome service Boathouse!

Very expensive most of what they sell you can get elsewhere at lower prices.The staff spent more time talking amongst them selves rather than helping customers

Helpful staff. Went tonight to shop and was greeted immediately. Nice young staff. Cashier was very nice.

Great selection of Outer wear , casual ware and some comfy ware. They also sell boots shoes and accessories. They are now re-open under co-vid guidelines . Great place to find quality clothing. Located in the Oshawa Mall.
