Spend 90% of their time taking mobile orders instead of taking orders from being standing in line , super ignorant , took 15 mins to order a single coffee..

It’s a good spot if you’re visiting the store but selection is limited and it can be busy. Ordering on the app is a better option but be careful with the foods you order as they may not have it in stock and you’ll end up waiting longer.

Normally the service is good, the people are nice, but today, I watched the lady count money then took an order then stuck her hands in the bag to open it and didn't even wash her hands first, then grabbed gloves, was touching the outside of the gloves with her hands that she still hadn't washed. Like wash your hands after counting a counter full of change!

This place is by far the BEST tim hortons I have ever been to. They have never, not even once messed up my order and usually other Tim Hortons have off days where the coffee is not great but every single coffee I get served here taste fantastic as it always should be.I will go out of my way to go to THIS Tim Hortons.It's By far the best Tim Hortons in Bowmanville.

For the past month or 2 it has been painfully slow taking my whole 15 min break to get a tea and a donut and the tea is wrong 50% of the time. The staff are nice but the whole thing is way too slow and disorganized.Edit: Jan 21 2022 - this review still stands 100%Edit: Oct 20 2022 - slight improvement but still taking 10+ mins to get a drink when next in line.

Had a nice frozen drink and chat with Jamie. Would definitely come back here again. It was pretty busy as it was a saturday but the employee worked well and got everyone's orders done very quickly!

Not a Tim Hortons fan . I think their coffee is overrated but for the majority of the population they can't live without it. I do however dislike die hard customers lining up on the roadway blocking traffic especially the one on the corner of King and Wilson in Oshawa. Come on guys. Drive into the parking lot park the damn car and walk in for service. No wonder there are so many over weight people in this country. Have a great day!!!

I got the grilled cheese through the drive through and the cheese wasn't melted at all and it tasted so strongly of processed cheese. And it isn't even a good price compared to other restaurants. I haven't eaten at a Tim's in so long because I have been disappointed in them in the past and this just proved to me that I really shouldn't be eating there. So horribly disappointing.
