Ordered chicken Torino bowl through Uber eats (buy 1 get 1). Food was stale. Chicken was old and started to smell. Please do not put offers bust because your chicken is getting rotten in your place.

Great service, food is fresh and staff is friend’y. Place is clean, the only down side is that during the winter the freezing air does tend do come in through the door. Besides that I love this place.

Honestly - I wasn't expecting it will be perfect - but they had good ratings. First of all - I ordered Greek salad - it somehow it became cucumber and red pepper. With cottage cheese. And all 3 ingredients - wich were be here called Greek salad" - awful

The service was better than most 5 star restaurants! helpful and informative, let us taste before we chose.The food was very well prepared. Healthy and simply delicious.Give these guys a shot, you will not be disapointed.5 stars all the way.Thank you.

Didn’t feel like cooking so we dropped by this restaurant.There order process is a little messed up. You need to place your order with the cook. Then you need to repeat your order again with the cashier. Odd that they don’t have the cashier take the order and have the cashier provide the details to the cook. I found this strange to say the least.The food:The Merguez was over cooked and dry. The beef was tender on my dish but dry on my wife’s dish. The salad was inedible. It tasted like it had gone bad. This was also the case with the pickled turnips.The chicken was the only consistent thing on both our dishes.The cashier was very friendly and hospitable. Quick service.

Second time taking out from this location and both times food was not fresh.Tonight we ordered two orders of “deux pilons” plates, with sides of potatoes, sauteed veggies and pasta salad. The chicken drumsticks were burnt but cold, the veggies were rock hard broccolis, mac salad was ok…and they didn’t give us any potatoes. When we called to let them know that the potatoes were missing, they said they can’t do anything about it. Please avoid this location. The food quality is substantially worse than the st Bruno location for some reason… I still enjoy the Torino at the st Bruno mall (although it’s further for us).

This week, our family decided to go out for dinner. My children voted 100% for Grillade Torino as their favorite restaurant in the Sounth-Shore. The food is excellent as always, but the people serving food is more than staff. Beautiful smile on their face and we feel very warm and welcomed each time we stop by.Highly recommended.
