I had to fix my car that’s why I left my car there 2 days they fixed it but they scratched my new car somewhere from other placesAnd when I asked they don’t want to listen anything they say this is not their fault and run in their officeAfter I had to fixed it from somewhere else this is the way of their work

Hi guys, DO NOT even bother go there. I went there three times for repairs of my car and until now they are still TRYING to fix my car properly, right now the insurance is chasing them to get my car fixed as they should have done it from the first time my car was sent there. So yes again DO NOT waste your time as you gonna be unsatisfy.

Des amateurs, j’avais été recommandé par mes assurances, job mal faite, encore bosser, mal peinturé ,mais par contre ils ont fallu qui blend plus large (normal) et on peinturé par dessus de la rouille sans aucune préparation(ok ça faisais pas parti de la réclamation) mais charge quand même proche de 1000$ pour revalorisation,Réceptionniste bête qui se mêle pas de ses affaires ,pas de salle d’attente, bref allez ailleurs!

I was recklessly referred to this place by TD Insurance….after I was backed into by an elderly woman’s Volvo.Simple job - front bumper damage, etc, etcUnfortunately, not simple for this body shop?’!My Car was returned with cracked fog light, cracked grill and malfunctioning parking assistant…When I pointed it out, they pretended not to have seem it? And refused to fix it…Wow?! STAY AWAY fromthis INCOMPETENT & unprofessional body shop!!?I would recommend you chose any other place.

Carstar Vaudreuil was selected by my insurance company to repair my car that was backed into while parked. The front bumper, one of the headlights and the metal body piece next to it were replaced and it now looks as new!The service was efficient, timely and professional. They even cleaned both of my front mats (not sure why but thanks!). The courtesy car was a very recent model in great shape.On a side note, the car looks a bit odd now since the new one is crystal-clear, but yea, I expected as much going in.Never heard of them before this event, but I'm extremely satisfied with my experience.Disclaimer: I can't say anything about their prices since it was all covered by my insurance; I don't know if they are reasonable or not.
