This Wendy's is hurting for staff everyone behind the counter was foreign so did not speak very good English they had problems with the till & customers were kept in the dark. The drink machine ran out of a lot of different flavors & it was a chore to get that filled. Very disappointing.

I used to work here years ago. Love the fresh never frozen burgers they have so much more flavor than other places. The toppings are always fresh and I've never had a bad experience here.

This Wendy's is a nightmare. Last 3 times we have done a Mobile order and it takes up to 30 minutes to get our order. They say they are too busy and that I have to go pour my own soda. Normally not an issue but the soda machine in the restaurant is always out of stock of soda. Only thing available is the Coke Zero. My wife is a dairy free diet (deadly allergic) and we always select no cheese for her burgers. But last 3 orders they put the cheese on. On duty manager always makes it seem like it was my fault that they added the cheese. Then proceedes to make a fuss about having to remake her burger. If I could give this place a lower rating I could. Keep telling myself that I won't return but do because it is the only Wendy's in our area.Do not come here if you want speed and/or accuracy in your order!

I had ordered Ghost Pepper chicken sandwich but it tasted so bland when compared to the same sandwich i had ordered in Banff. It's not worth eating out here since they don't put enough sauces. I hope they improve their work process.

Arguably the best Wendy's, for food, in the city. The service can be pretty bad though. People get completely ignored at times. Their pop machines rarely run properly as well.I go or order for the food though. They've never got an order wrong.

We ordered breakfast at the drive thru. The person taking the order didn't seem to understand that we wanted two of the same item just one breakfast sandwich with egg and one without. They then asked if we wanted egg on an item that we didn't even ask for. We thought we cleared it up at the window. When we got our food neither of the sandwiches had egg on them. We also had two coffees both with two cream and two sugar. My husband's was good and mine was disgusting. Absolutely no consistency. They can't seem to handle simple modifications.

They almost never have the Dave’s Cream Soda (which is the only reason I go to a Wendy’s and inside[because you can’t get it in the drive threw :( ] the restaurant) So that’s basically just a waste of my time and money when I order and don’t get to drink the main thing I go there for. Otherwise the food is pretty good when I go.

Wow.. baconator ( both our orders) had so much sauces on it was gross. Bacon was crispy and been sitting and tasteless, fries had been sitting and were yuck...way too brown. No one in line at drive through and while service was o.k. the food was disgusting to be kind. I'm a trained chef and tried something different. Plain and simple...YUCK!
