The service quality and the selection of sarees here truly blew me away. The ladies here are so patient and so willing to help you find what you want. We bought sarees for a few members of my family here today, including the bridal sarees, and they worked really hard to help us find the colours, designs and styles to fit our preferences, comfort level as well as our budget. They don’t try to force anything onto you just to make a sale. We spent a couple hours here and they made sure you’re walking away with a saree you’re absolutely in love with. It was a very educational experience as well. 10/10 would come here again for my future sarees.

Hands down one of THE BEST companies in Toronto for pure Kanchipuram Silk Sarees! I had the pleasure of getting my manavarai (1st wedding saree) from here and it was such a memorable experience. Similar to what others have said, they always only accommodate one client at a time so you have a personalized experience. I was even told just look at everything if you don’t end up purchasing that’s ok! That to me just showed their love for the business and passion for sarees! I had the pleasure of customizing my own saree from start to end and they allowed me the freedom to pick and choose; I chose specific selections from two different sarees which ended up not only being the exact colour I selected, but more than anything I could have envisioned. For anyone looking to shop sarees I can’t recommend Kungumum enough they are absolutely amazing and their sarees speak for themselves! ❤️

We spent $1200 on two sarees early April, and referred 2 people to their store who spent 1k+. We asked if we could exchange or return one saree worth $400, when we returned from vacation and they said we could. When we got back from vacation, we were told that they don’t exchange/return past a week. She exaggerated and said that it was one month when it was two weeks. They never picked up the phone when we asked if they were open. We didn’t appreciate the rude customer service from the owner. Don’t come here! Go to Aarathi’s, they actually exchange sarees and have great customer service. This is the reason why they are always busy and I regret not purchasing from them this time. Really disappointing considering that we have a wedding coming up, and we were initially wanting to purchase more from them. Not even a single sorry that the exchange couldn’t be done, instead she yelled at us in front of other customers.

They have a wide range of saree colours/prints and price with the best quality kanchipuram sarees! The service is incredible and I really liked that while I went to go shop for my wedding saree, there was no other customer there, I got to bring my entire family and it was the full personalized experience with the Kungumam team! l also purchased other sarees after that for different occasions, I always find something unique whether it is colour or design, they never dissapoint!!!!
