Very pleased with the service, great attention to detail. Felt supported and listened to, from start to finish.The whole process was stress free, and well managed. I would highly recommend dealing with Dr Irvine, he has a way of making something so complicated, easy to understand, for me it was a light at the end of a tunnel moment.I am now actually looking forward to doing the vision therapy.

I would highly recommend Dr. McCrodan and his team. Very professional and friendly support team and Dr. McCrodan himself is extremely knowledgeable and caring. He provides a very thorough exam and offers solutions to conditions most other health care professionals struggle to help their patients with. I left his office with temporary measures to immediately help my symptoms and a long term plan to permanently resolve the issue.

Ava was friendly and accommodating. She was able to explain details about the new glasses we were getting and to offer options. Esme was friendly, encouraging and full of positivity, which inspired our youngster who is just beginning training.

Dr. Cam and his team are amazing! The difference we saw in reading, writing and hand eye coordination in 40 weeks was unlike anything I could have imagined. Sara at the front desk was so pleasant and made my son feel right at home at every visit. Sue worked with my son Jackson for 40 weeks and was beyond patient with him during his less focused sessions. He was so sad to say goodbye to her at his last session. I can’t begin to express how grateful I am for their help and I’m sure we will be seeing their hard work pay off for Jackson for years to come. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

My Son and I recently visited Dr Scott Irvine and was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and professionalism we received. From the moment I walked in the door, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel at ease. Dr. Scott Irvine was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain my son's condition and all of my treatment options. The office was clean and well-equipped with the latest technology, and the examination was thorough and painless. I am extremely happy with the results of my visit and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of an eye specialist. Thank you for the excellent care!

So far our experience with Opto-mization and particularly Channa has been wonderful. Channa is so patient, kind and makes the therapy fun! She has really connected with my daughter and it's obvious to see how much she cares about her clients. I am so grateful that we found out about our daughters tracking problems and am already amazed at how far she has come with her reading and confidence. If I could give ten stars I would!
