BEWARE SCAMMER !!!This company has ruined my life. Payments made to their accounts never where sent to the orginal creditor. payment made 2020, 2023 payments still pending on my credit.

They call my work phone number, which is a company account, so they clearly don't know who they're calling. Possibly due to outdated contact info. I don't answer because their number is successfully blocked, but I have to remove their voicemail about an important business matter with Rogers" every time.Maybe I should unblock

I've been getting calls for years from these people, they say they're looking for someome named Jared Alcock. I have no idea what kind of finanical trouble that man is in but it would be nice if I could stop getting calls from them every other week.

These people have been calling me off and on for years! If I can get someone to talk to they are extremely rude! Refuse to give me any information, but want all of mine! I've lodged a complaint with the BBB and they even refuse to talk to the BBB. Terrible terrible company! I don't have any money owing to Rogers, I have not had any accounts with Rogers and never will just because they use this company.

I had an outstanding balance with QVC that I was not aware existed. When I called to order something, I was referred to your company to take care of this. When I call I get no company identification as to whom to I am trying to deal with and I get a message that states no one is available and to stay on the line. NO PERSON EVER ANSWERS!!!!!!! No matter what time of day or what day of the week — it is the same. I looked this company up and saw the company rating and am not surprised at it. Not a company I would EVER deal with EVER!!!!!

They don't even deserve 1 star, Google really needs to allow 0 stars. I called to find out why they keep calling me and I was told I owe to CIBC (Simplii). When I informed her I paid that a while ago and I was on the phone with Simplii while I made the payment she said I don't know why you would pay them". She then proceeded to tell me to do a bunch of leg work to prove to them I no longer owe the amount. When I said I wouldn't be doing anything and they can investigate

DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENTS WITH THIS COMPANY, total SCAMMERS and they break so many violations. I checked with the company I have a current dept with and they had no idea who affglo was. I asked them what’s going on and they advised me that I shouldn’t give money or contact them and that I should continue just sending my payments to them.

They call everyday asking for a person with a similar last name about some CIBC debt. No one in my family banks with CIBC. I’m getting tired of being called at the crack of dawn.

Would give negative stars if I could. They harass people and then they didn't listen to me after saying they want to help me resolve this. They processed money after I told them I wouldn't have that money until Friday leaving me with non-sufficient funds in my account causing me to lose money due to the AFFGLO team. They then said they couldn't pay my back making me out money for my survival and proceeded to judge the fact i need to live on a strict income right now. Thanks for making my situation worse instead of helping.Update: they have so far stolen $500 that im waiting to be returned to me. Worst company looking into how I can get my money back.
