I was a temp here before 2023. Worked a short time then left without notice. Facility has lots of parking spaces. Break times weren’t bad, on inventory team I was able to saunter on foot and take it very easy. On inventory team there were no quotas or expectations to meet or surpass. Safety-first on forklift or reach, go slow and safe around high foot traffic. Decent lunchroom and some decent coworkers some of whom spoke Hindi or Punjabi. The warehouse manager was a nice person but also seemed incompetent, too lenient and immature. I heard from the grapevine that said manager got fired this year and deserved it. This proves that company loyalty won’t save you after 15 years of service and you are judged by your results. Garbage in, well then, garbage out. Wei Zhang (earlier google review) I feel for you man. Perhaps that manager should also be cast out. Read the reviews of this company on Indeed as well as there is lots of truth in them.

Orders take forever to process and receive, and they can't tell you if they are out of something until your invoice arrives and they can't add something else to replace it. Borderline awful.

Its a ware house not a store, so if you have a store come here. I work here so i know the people are friendly.

The logistic manager Kris, if you can't figure out a solution for an wrong delivery and nobody will pick it up for almost three weeks, I have no idea how could you keep your job there. The way you communicate with your customer is rude and unprofessional at all. Chose to have days off when there were still deliveries going is not responsible to your customers. Stop always blaming the third party companies, if you chose to hire them to run the deliveries, you need to be responsible for your customers. Don't just hide behind the screen and say I made few phone calls and I can't do anything. Send someone to my store, maybe including yourself, to fix the problems, pick it up. You have no clues the amount of issues caused by your wrong deliveries, I Do Not Take your apologize!!!
