Rooms were ok , the shower curtain had stains on them . The AC was very loud ! Otherwise a decent place to stay.

After sitting in the hot tub for 5 mins my husband, kids and I had to get out because there was so much chemicals in there that our eyes and throat were burning so bad. Later that evening I went to grab my bathing suit and noticed it was COMPLETELY bleached! Brand new bathing suit. Looked at my husband's suit and sure enough his too. I'm extremely disappointed with how the the staff handled it when we were there to let the front desk know that there is too much chemicals in the hot tub and it ruined my new bathing suit. The staff assured us that they would send someone to test the levels, which they did.... But not in the HOT TUB where we only sat in. They tested the cold pool instead, as we were right there watching . So ... We then went to the front desk again and advised them this and wanted to speak with a supervisor or manager which apparently both weren't on site to deal with. They put us on a list for them to contact us. Well.... I was contacted and was offered nothing other than a discount for the next stay, which we do not travel there often yet alone ever! And the not so funny thing is, is that I happened to over hear them talk to another customer whos bathing suit was also bleached completely , and not only that but sick from the hot tub. To say the least I am disappointed with how negligent the staff is with taking care of the hot tub even though they claim to - it is clear there is way too much chemicals in there. But also the fact that they just basically shrug their shoulders and say oh well!

Loved it. Only complaint is the way that you have to go to front desk in your swim suits to get someone at front desk to let you into the pool. Beds where comfortable, continental breakfast was great although my friend would have liked white bread for toast.

I came here to stay for my sons hockey tournament and they put us away from everywhere else and took a deposit that was more than anyone else’s as well. It was weird and the lady was so rude and then she hung up on me. Everyone else seem pretty nice besides the one at the front and I woke up and have bite marks on me. I’m really hoping it’s not bedbugs. My son got a rash from the pool as well. Same with other kids.

Just a quick trip. Arrived late so missed the hot tub after a long drive:(Breakfast host Sheenia (spelled wrong she was so friendly and hospitable.Room was comfy and clean5 stars

Room prices are not fixed so without notice the price can fluctuate. Staff were rather rude on check in. Will be calling around for prices from the neighboring hotels since there's 3 within walking distance from where the street parking is located.

Our stay was very good ..service friendly lots of help ..only complaint was my sisters smoke thought they should of least have a bench for smokers ...

Nice facility, but we left a pair of pajamas hanging on the bathroom door. Our fault, of course, but we called soon after checking out and there was ‘nothing in the room’. Disappointing, to say the least. Need to rethink our Diamond membership.

They charged my card for the room before arrival. Upon attempting to check in at 2am their machine wouldn't read my credit card. They only needed to charge my card $14 worth but their machine refused to read my card. The front desk clerk was dismissive and called the General Manager of the hotel, who he put on speakerphone while talking, basically said, I don't wanna deal with it. The whole thing was insanely unprofessional. To top it off another guy came out from the back who couldn't even speak English properly and began ranting to us about our cards. We attempted to converse with him but he either didn't understand fully or refused to hear us on the matter. We asked for a refund, and they said they processed it.We ended up going to The Coast Hotel and checked in using the same card no problem.DO NOT book here if you can help it.Ps. It is now 3am and I'm going to sleep and recommend the coast hotel.

Better off sleeping in the parking stall outside. It will be more comfortable than the beds.
