Your coffee is the best I've tasted and I believe it's all got to do with the water in Quebec I come back home and the coffee is like swamp water and they do not recalibrate their spoons measurements like I said this is the best coffee we've had for a long long time I feel that Tim Hortons has changed something this past year because it's not tasting up the tire the way used to be

When we got the food there was no bacon on both sandwiches and no sauce on the beef sandwiches either... we wasted 30 minutes of our 12h drive just to fix out order...

The staff doesn't want to speak English, and not every customer, who visits your resturant will be francophone. Hundreds of tourists are traveling around. If you can't greet a customer and don't understand what he/she wants, leave the spot to some 1 else, who can do a better job.
