Friendly staff.Mistakes were made on all aspects of my order including the screws. The manager was not at all interested in righting the wrongs of the new hire that took my order, leaving me with product that I can’t use on my roof (at my cost). Would anyone like to buy some black flashing?#makethecustomerpayfortraining

Excellent service! It was our first metal roof and had lots of questions. Very helpful and knowledgealbe staff helped us figure out exactly what we needed.

Went into roof Mart for rain deflectors to protect the soffits on our house they did not have any in stock period but they were very helpful and gave me some product that would do the same job.

Each staff member I dealt with from the front counter staff to the warehouse and yard staff were extremely helpful and friendly. As a DIYer they were patient, knowledgeable and made sure I had the right components for my first metal roof installation. When I went to pick up my order, I went in and talked to the ladies at the counter about a few more items. When I was done, I asked where I go to load my order and was advised that it was already loaded in my truck for me. I was also able to cut some longer lengths of the roofing to length on site. I had the saw and they gladly provided a spot and an extension cord for me!I don’t recall ever leaving a Google review but I felt this place was truly great to deal with and deserving of the time it takes to leave a review. I highly recommend this location! Great staff! Thanks again!

Just got quoted for the second roof this year. Nita was again very knowledgeable about the products and has a great eye for matching colors. Friendly service and great prices.
