We had a wonderful experience with Leather Sofa Gallery. We purchased a three seat coach and 2 large seats, that just matched perfect with our living room. The quality of the leather and service are incredible. Karen and Lovey were so nice and reliable. Moreover, the shipment was even before the expected date. We totally recommend this place :)

We were looking for a new leather couch and went back to the store as a previous purchase from 2019 we are still happy with. And so we ordered in the fall expecting delivery in April and it came early! So be all good delivery team we’re good and efficient in getting into the condo . The pandemic has effected the supply chain, and therefore manufacturers and retailers can experience some delays, however the follow up form Lovey and Karen was so appreciated. Our furniture has now arrived, and is very high quality. Lovey called to make sure we were 100% satisfied, this extra service is greatly appreciated. Just took delivery of our new sectional, and from start to finish the process of purchasing the sofa was seamless. Lovey and Karen are both very personable, and had our interests front and centre. The showroom experience was very relaxing, with no pressure to buy or sense that we were taking too long. Once we made a decision, Lovey helped us select specific details like cushion density and leg heights that were unique for our requirements. Timing for delivery was spot on the estimate, and delivery itself - from arrival to placement to departure, was under 15 minutes. Extremely pleasant experience all around.

We had a very positive experience with Leather Sofa Gallery. Lovey was very personable and great to deal with. She made you feel comfortable and would work with you on what you were looking for, for the right price. We purchased two orange leather accent chairs with power recline. The build quality was great. Very solid and heavy chairs, all leather, nothing artificial about it. Extreme comfortable and look great in our living room. Delivery was longer than I had hoped after ordering; but I guess that is the world of Covid that we have to deal with these days. Delivery people we direct and to the point but they did a nice job. I definitely recommend if you are looking for high quality leather furniture.

We ordered 2 couches and a sectional from Leather Sofa Gallery for two of our rooms and we couldn't be happier. The quality of the leather and workmanship is top notch. They are so comfortable and it's so nice to customize them to our style and to fit our rooms. Lovey and the staff there were so helpful and patient while we carefully chose our style, colour, stitching, and leather quality. They answered our numerous questions while we were there and the many phone calls afterwards. The delivery men were professional, careful and took away all the packaging as well. We highly recommend shopping there.

Stopped into leather sofa galleria today as we are looking for a sectional, I cannot stop raving about the amazing experience we had with Lovey and her team member. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted so warmly and immediately you feel like family. We came in with our two young kids, and they got so much love and attention! They were even offered snacks and Lovey went above and beyond to make sure the kids were happy and given attention. They had a great selection of couches and chairs and everything looked very high quality and well made. Great prices too! We stopped in at Stoney Creek furniture first and had an awful experience where we walked in and walked right back out due to the poor customer service there. It was so refreshing to come into leather sofa galleria and just feel accepted and welcomed right off the bat. I will be telling all my friends and family to check out leather sofa galleria!! Today we received our new love seat and sofa. We’re extremely happy with our purchase. You get what you pay for and these pieces are solidly made with real leather front, back and sides. The delivery gentlemen were very polite, professional, very quick and made sure we were happy with our pieces. They took all packaging away. I highly recommend the Leather Sofa Gallery.
