Relatively frequent shopper at aritzia and I went to Wilfred to return something and the individual helping me was trying so hard to get me to buy something because I received store credit. I kept saying no and despite this she kept going on saying stuff like “oh well the item you want could sell out by the time you want it.” I feel like she thought I was dumb and just thought I would buy something but I was in a rush and it left me really annoyed. And then the manager I assume or another associate tried to give me the same spiel so I had to explain myself again that I was in a rush and didn’t feel like it. I understand the need for a sale but I think maybe it could have gone a little more differently and less condescending.When a customer says no it’s probably best to respect that. I always have a good experience at square one Aritzia but Wilfred has always disappointed me. Hopefully this changes in the future.

Worst experience ever. They never respect customers. Don’t come and buy anything here.

EXTREMELY RUDE AND USELESS STAFF!! I asked one of them for a size while I was in the fitting room she went out chatting with another staff and never for 10 minutes and never got me the top we ended up just leaving. Very rude and disrespectful!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Bought a cropped jacket and pants for nearly $300 that I had planned to wear to a dinner like I expressed to them. I didn’t end up wearing it because my family didn’t like it so I went to return it. A middle aged pregnant lady did nottttt want to return my items that I bought on sale even though I had receipts and the unworn clothes. The pregnant lady made me feel as if I was lower than her, and couldn’t afford shopping in the store. At the desk, trying to return my items she says to her coworker, “this is the girl that made a mess in the store, I remember her trying on clothes for hours” as if that’s not what a retail store entails, however, I went elsewhere to return my things!! Will never shop there nor will anyone I know shop there! Go to Aritzia at Sherway, they’re the best :)

Don’t try return items in here. It’s very bad experience you will meet.Purchase 13 days before? We have returned policy is refund in 10 days.I don’t know that I said and where is the policy displayed?Why you didn’t asked when you at cashier the associator answer!What?????So store credit or exchange only options.I got store credit and bad mood.I will never come back this store.Again don’t ever try return items in Wilfred Square One.

Let me start off that the girl who helped me was very nice and I really like the clothes here. HOWEVER, my size was not available in store for the piece I wanted in a certain color. I live in the USA and was staying only for the weekend. The sales associate was very pushy to try and send it to my home, but I made it clear I do not live in Canada. Then she tried to send it to my hotel, but we were leaving Sunday afternoon (this was on a Friday). I said if they could ship it to the store I'd be happy to come pick it up. She said of course!" and rang me up. I even asked once more "It will be here on Sunday?" and she said "oh yeah!" As we were leaving

Wilfred has a great collection but the customer services is not up to mark. We bought a $500 winter coat a week before Black Friday and went to price match after learning about their discounted prices for Black Friday. In a hurry we forgot the tags and went with original receipt and coat to the Wilfred shop in Square One. We did not want to return the coat as we really liked it. It seems Wilfred has an outdated billing system where one has to return the items, get refund and then repurchase the same items again at discounted rate. Unlike stores like Laura and Guess where you can walk in with the original receipt and get the differential amount as per the available discount on the day. The lady at the counter was not at helpful and was less interested in dealing with us. She refused to accept the receipts and asked us to comeback with the tags. When we returned after a couple of days they told us that the deal is now over as it was valid only for two days. We were not informed about that when we went to the store on Black Friday. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. Great company, great products, poor customer service.

been here a few times, sales associates don’t help, push you to buy things you don’t want, talk to you rudely and like a child. i cried when i got out the last time i went because they made me feel like i was poor, and didn’t fit the “aesthetic”. i’ve spent thousands at aritzia and don’t plan on coming back to this store. babaton ladies are sweet and kind.
