Healthy Planet - Etobicoke

I love this Healthy Planet. The other Healthy Planet stores I've visited was never as big as this one. There is a whole fruits and vegetables section here which is awesome, but a little overpriced. There is quite a big section for makeup, skincare and essential oils, which I love. There is alot of isles to go through which is nice and the employees are always willing to help you when you have questions.

I was there on Thursday June 1 , and I'm so grateful Sonia was there to help me in the cosmetics department. She was very thorough and patient with me as I couldn't remember which product it was I usually get. She gave me her undivided attention, and only because of her I was able to find the face cream I was looking for. She's a true professional and very knowledgeable in her field.

I came here with a health issue awhile back. I met Jessie who is absolutely amazing. She took the time and care to talk, listen and help me with recommendations and ideas.My second time back, the exact same thing!Talking to someone who is so knowledgeable, and who also cares is a rare gift these days! I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Thanks Jessie!

Visited this location recently and I typically never write reviews but I just had to share my lovely experience that I had with Samantha in the supplements section at this location. She was so polite, helpful, genuine and patient with answering my questions. She provided a few options for me to pick from and I felt like she really listened and instructed me on the best product options for what I was looking for. If anyone goes in to the supplements section and has any questions, look for Samantha to help you - you won't be disappointed! I will be back to this location for sure!

Fareeha the Nutritionist is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and helpful and so friendly . Fareeha helped me last week and I returned to the shop today hoping to see her for some some more help with vitamins. Lucky for me she was there.

Best experience I've had in a health store ever. I went in there clueless, not knowing exactly what to get. I wanted to start taking supplements to better my lifestyle. Im very skeptical about supplements and some stuff being sold in a health store. I got help from a wonderful person named Jessie! She is knowledgeable and so helpful. I can't believe I walked into a healthy planet store and walked out knowing my chronic issues were going to be taken care of. Simple suggestions and advice from her will help me tremendously. I hope someone acknowledges this employee and gives her what she deserves. I will be coming to this exact location from now on just because of my experience with Jessie.

Great Saturday afternoon!!Healthy Planet is a great place. There were so much products on hair mask.? I met Samy, he has knowledge & very patient, helped me pick my product. Samy is very professional, great at his job... also a very nice person..

As a regular customer, I am disappointed by the lack of customer service I was provided yesterday when coming into the store. On Monday, I had purchased these protein shakes that I typically buy from Healthy Planet. When I first opened one of them, I noticed that the consistency was off and something was wrong with the products shelf life quality. At the time of purchase I did not take a receipt because I did not think I would have to return some thing that I typically have on the regular. I came back in and I did have a bank statement showing that I purchased the product , and it was 10000000% from this location as it’s the only location I go to. Apparently the store ‘could not locate where or when I purchased this item’ even though it was clearly on the day that I told them with proof of payment etc.. Very strange, and I feel like they said this on purpose to deter me from requesting a refund. They were trying to say I purchased it from the Mississauga location which I’ve never been to. Now I’m out almost $40 on products that inedible and that have gone bad and this location could care less about quality control. Disappointing that I will have to try to find a different place to shop at from now on.

This is the best health store I’ve been too by far, way better than organic garage. I ended up finding everything I was looking for with the help of a young man with dreads, very polite and helpful thank you, I did not get to catch your name because I was in a rush. My overall experience at healthy planet was amazing I love the phenomenal customer service that they provide and I will definitely be a regular!
