0 STARS - Same as above. Cody, a slick talking salesman gives the fancy spiel, took 10% down and promised 3-4 weeks for install. After that Nada! Zipp! Zero! Zilch! Called Cody, Nada! After 5 weeks went to office and told I had not been scheduled yet. Demanded my deposit back. Called local firm out of Bogner and job was done by the end of next week for 40% lessDon't waste your time or money with this bunch. Keep looking.

This company never gave me an accurate time frame for a simple insulation project. Nobody is helpful or picks up the phone so I had to ask for a refund after waiting for a month with no clear date for this to be done. Horrible customer service after the service quote, I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I had Kyle come and do a quote for my insulation. I have never been in my attic and he climbed right up into it. He showed me thermal pictures of my attic and how little insulation I had. He recommended what I needed and explained the importance of being properly insulated. Thank you Kyle and AM Insulation!

Whenever there where any concerns or questions they where very proactive to address the issue. Very friendly both the contractors doing the work and the office staff.

Very happy with our experience. Patrick in sales was lovely and Mike (the lead installer) really knew what he was doing and both fellows were very pleasant, hardworking and offered good advice. I will recommend AM insulation solutions! Vicky in the office super pleasant! Most importantly our home insulation is up to date and we look forward to lower heating costs.

AM Group of Companies did a fabulous job of installing a brand new roof with superior products including new vents which were in dire need of replacing as they had come to their end of life. Cory did a thorough job of inspecting the roof and attic and pointed out all the weak locations which required special attention. He recommended top of the line products and clarified in detail how they worked as well as why they were better than the products which were currently on the roof. When the roofers arrived they worked hard and continuously until dark until the work was completed. Additionally, the attic was completely insulated and brought up to code removing old insulation that no longer was effective replacing it with a cleaner superior light weight product. The roofing team as well as insulating team were professional, worked hard to complete the job and and were most helpful when I asked questions or had concerns. The insulators addressed additional problems which arose and were very knowledgeable and helpful. They were clean and thorough and immediately resolved a small issue that was unforeseen. Mike and Kevin made sure the attic was safe and Secure before proceeding with installing the new insulation. They showed me the completed attic before securing the hatch. My house is warmer now and I feel a noticeable difference in warmth and air quality. I‘d also like to mention with appreciation that the gentleman who came to remove the garbage bin which was placed on the driveway for disposing of the old roofing products was particularly considerate in picking up any missed nails from my driveway as well as advising me to cautiously keep an eye out for a few days for anything sharp before parking. As well, the administration was very well looked after and the line of Communication was very Good. Adam, Vicki and Cory responded to my inquiries right away. I would highly recommend AM Group of Companies.

The job was completed within 3 hours this morning a in a very professional manner. I have no intention of climbing into our attic to investigate their work but have no reason to believe that it was not completed as agreed

0 zero stars Great salesperson and was told would get a call within 2 weeks wirh an appt. Nothing I called on 3rd week nothing, 4th week nothing, 5th week finally was just going to cancel and then they scheduled me in . I asked what time they would show up so I can take the morning off or afternoon. They they would be there 8am sharp. No show I called to see what happened apparently they decided to do another job before me so now would be afternoon. 2guys come i have a 2 storey home they decide to stand on there truck zero protection equipment to put hose through window. New guy was arguing he didn't want to go in the attick apparently he was not trained ever first time so I guess the part about our people are trained in a facility's before starting is a lie. During the time I hear a big bang bang the new guy dropped the hose from the ceiling into the bedroom and out the window damaged my duct and now I have insulation still coming out of my vent . Don't deal with these guys im telling you they lie and just take your money. Great sales pitch probably the best should win award even but the rest is no good dont waste your money. At the end we were told we would get a inspection wirh the thermal video didn't happen was s a cell phone couldn't see anything.

We had AM add extra insulation in our attic making it R60 and 4an addition 4 roof vents. What a huge difference in the second floor temperature's in the summer heat . Great job We would highly recommend them .
