Everytime I buy something from Amazon. I see that the delivery service is excellent. I learn that Amazon works with Intelcom company on the delivery part. And Intelcom has been performing their work perfectly. I am very happy with their services: fast and effrctive.

Because it was selected by Amazon, we had to use this express on Amazon platform. The quality of the express was good. In some cases, some couriers would not ring the doorbell and leave the package (maybe to ensure the security of the package), and I had a very tired and sad express experience.

I received my package/delivery exactly per my instructions. My delivery was intact and exactly how I expected it to be. I wish more delivery companies offered an email service letting you know ahead of time when your package will be delivered. Being able to give specific instructions is awesome too. With theft becoming a problem in the neighborhood being able to say explicitly where to leave my delivery where it will be safe is a really big help!

Won't deliver to the correct address or withing the 3 hour time frame after sending the e-mail confirming they will deliver in 3 hours.
