Michigan Air Duct Cleaning

David and Brian were amazing! Both very friendly and polite. They brought their own doormat and took their shoes off every time they came inside which we greatly appreciated! They ran their main vacuum hose through one of our basement windows so they wouldn’t need to keep our garage door open as much to keep in as much AC as possible (also highly appreciated!) Best rate and amazing service, topped off with before and after pics to show the difference. We will definitely be using them again and referring all our friends and family to use them as well!

Tried to have my ducts cleaned before my surgery and this company did the worst job ever they missed duct said they clean my dryer vent and I even gave them a tip for a good job until I checked. 1st dryer vent, missed ducts and what I took out dryer vent and last left me stuff on my walls.

Wow! We discovered that our home had never been cleaned out! Chris and David did an amazing job! We will sleep better tonight knowing we had this done. Thanks again for such professional service

I requested a service in Sterling Heights on 5/15/23 and all I have to say is that it is an experienced company, very professional, during service all doubts and questions were solved. They even cleaned the complete dry vent without any cost.Excellent Quality and competitive cost!

Good work done for my home… extremely satisfied with the work. Both guys are friendly. Showed up on time. Few observations made me reduce one star. I would recommend this guys as there is always possibility of improvement and no body is perfect.

We had booked Michigan Air Duct Cleaning because the company we used in the past was no longer offer duct cleaning service. They came to clean our ducts and dryer vents on August 24th. From the start things weren't going well. They had given us a large time block for arrival and still showed up two hours after the upper end (after I had to call twice to find out where they were).After the service we were told that we would be sent photos of the ducts (before and after) but those never came. This is a nice service that most companies offer because it's the only way for you to see that they actually cleaned (which now I have my doubts). I followed up twice asking for the photos but never heard back from anyone.Following the service we noticed that all of a sudden our dryer wasn't working that well. We ran a few loads and they just didn't dry. Finally we checked behind the machine and it turns out they never reconnected the vent. This is a HUGE safety issue since its a gas dryer (i.e., carbon monoxide poisoning). So I followed up again and still never heard from anyone. I then went onto their website to use their live chat (the only way I've ever gotten them to respond) and was told someone would be in touch.While we waited to hear back, we reconnected the vent but the dryer was still acting wonky, so now I'm worried there is something stuck in the vent.We finally received an email from a resolution specialist" on Sept 14. Their email address was for Precision Home Services

I recommended them to my mom based on my own research. They not only provided her with competitive pricing, but were able to accommodate her schedule, as she was moving into a new place and already stressed about the whole process. They were extremely clean and efficient, and were able to get her place ready to move in. They offered dryer vent cleaning while there, which my mom accepted. The day after her service she encountered a problem with her dryer, and even though it turned out not to be something they had touched they still came out to check it and reassure her that everything was ok, while pushing the dryer back into place.This is the kind of company I was proud to have found for my mom, and recommend to others. She was very pleased, and so I am too.
